Visited for my wife's checkup recently and appreciated the care quality. Staff/Nurses/Doctors were quick, efficient and friendly. Service felt reliable with years of experience. It's easy to make appointments and you're called in promptly. Been a Kaiser member for about 10 years now and am satisfied with the overall system and this smaller location as a convenient backup or primary spot. One negative aspect is parking and they've stopped validating parking, Also, smaller facility might limit certain services compared to larger Kaiser hospitals/centers.

They have easy parking on the meters on the streets all the times I've gone around the later afternoons after getting off work. They are located on the 8th floor for check in. Then you go to the 9th floor for lab and pharmacy. The facility feels immaculately clean and the check in process is so easy and quick. I love this location and the doctors, nurses, and helpful staff in this facility.

The staff, nurses and doctor are all very personable and professional and don't give you any run arounds. They did offer more services here, but have sort of revamped to a testing/treatment only center as a lot of free clinics have in the past year or so. You'll get your results emailed and posted on their healthcare sight for your eyes and your physician's only through your account upon signing up. If you have an appointment arrive early and you'll be out in no time especially on a slower day, which varies week to week. If you walk-in and can't be seen right away, they can try to fit you in later in the day or hopefully schedule something in the same week. Your first visit you'll encounter some invasive questions about your personal, psychological and sexual life, which is very standard. Always try to be open and upfront as possibly especially if you're nervous so they can help better assist you and vice versa. Sex is nothing to be ashamed of and knowing you status is one of the most responsible thing you can do. You're in good hand here.

My experience with Dr. Mariya Nercessian's office has been one of the most frustrating healthcare…read moreexperiences my family has ever had. It is offices like this that unfortunately damage UCLA Health's reputation. The problems began when a medically necessary Vitamin D laboratory test ordered for my mother while she was undergoing long-term anastrozole therapy for breast cancer was billed without the diagnosis coding and supporting documentation necessary to demonstrate medical necessity. The result was a Medicare denial and a bill for $306.60 that could likely have been avoided had the claim been properly documented in the first place. When Noridian Healthcare Solutions, Medicare's Administrative Contractor, requested my mother's medical records from Dr. Nercessian's office as part of her Medicare appeal, the situation became even more concerning. On June 16, I sent an urgent MyChart message with a detailed legal memorandum explaining that Noridian had requested my mother's medical records from Dr. Nercessian's office and asking the office to respond promptly. Later that same day, I received a reply from Dr. Mariya Nercessian's staff stating that the office had not received any request from Noridian. I immediately attached Noridian's own letter - which clearly stated that records had already been requested from the provider - and asked the office to search every appropriate department and contact Noridian directly if necessary. After that, communication stopped. On June 17, I sent another detailed message asking the office to search records, billing, laboratory, pathology, referral, and administrative departments because Noridian had already confirmed in writing that it had requested my mother's medical records from Dr. Mariya Nercessian's office. Then...nothing. By July 1, approximately 10 business days later (excluding weekends and the Juneteenth holiday), I still had not received a response. I was forced to send yet another MyChart message pointing out that UCLA Health tells patients to expect responses within approximately two business days, yet my message had gone unanswered far beyond that timeframe. I requested only a simple status update: * Had the Noridian request been located? * Had my mother's medical records been submitted to Noridian? * If not, what was being done? Again, no response from Dr. Mariya Nercessian or her staff. As of today, July 8, 2026, despite repeated, polite, detailed, and well-documented communications, there still has not been a response addressing these questions. What makes this especially disappointing is that this unnecessary stress was placed on my family immediately after my 72-year-old mother had recently undergone pacemaker implantation. At a time when our focus should have been on her recovery, we instead had to spend weeks trying to persuade a physician's office to respond to Noridian's request for my mother's medical records and answer basic portal messages. Patients understand that physicians are busy. What is much harder to understand is: * failing to submit appropriate supporting documentation for a medically necessary test, * telling a patient no request had been received from Noridian when the patient could provide documentation showing otherwise, * failing to investigate thoroughly, * failing to provide timely status updates despite repeated requests, and * allowing a time-sensitive Medicare appeal to languish while the patient repeatedly sought answers. Communication is part of patient care. Unfortunately, Dr. Mariya Nercessian's office fell far short of the standards I expected from UCLA Health.

It's not, that, which is annoying - it's everything else. The doctor will call you with results, but you never speak with them. They bypass a call and go straight to voicemail. (I asked about this once and was told they have no idea how to do that, but it's happened enough to know.) You will also never see your actual results/numbers, because there's a patient portal (Patient Fusion) that they ask you to sign up with, but there are no records, no messages are returned, and they don't even put in when you visited consistently. What's the point of having a medical scribe in the room or an EMR if no one uses it? I was referred to one specialist who twice cancelled my appointment and pushed it back months, and it took six weeks and two calls to get anyone at Premiere Medical to get me even a second name, because I was only given one option initially. I was seen this past December for two different things, leading to two incorrect medications being prescribed. One was a previous med that didn't work, the other had complications with other meds, and the pharmacist warned me about it (not my doctor). When I called to deal with this, it began the road to firing Premiere Medical. I left a message for the doctor with someone in the front office. Two weeks later, still with two prescriptions I could not use, I had not received a call back. When I called again, they told me there was no record of my previous message, and that I should have gotten the name of the person I spoke with because "you didn't speak with me." I was also told I had to make another appointment to talk to the doctor about any medication. Was this because my doctor was out that day? Not exactly. No doctor will talk to you at any time about a medication about an appointment, which also means there's no one covering anyone's service, which... feels like an impossibly low standard of care. The reason for this, my doctor told me at our next appointment, is that there are so many malpractice lawsuits that they need to take notes about any conversation. Why no one can take notes on a phone call, I have no idea. Again, it's not like there are any notes in the EMR/patient portal. Despite making that second appoint for the same issue/wrong prescriptions, one of my prescriptions was not filled. CVS said they couldn't fill it and that insurance wouldn't cover it. I called the office, left another message, and ultimately got a letter that CVS had contacted the doctor for more info and received nothing. So I called again today, was told my doctor was out for two weeks, and that despite it being something I have now spent countless calls and two appointments to deal with, the only solution is to book another appointment. Not here. Never again.
