I was in Los Angeles for some business and realized I had forgotten my medication back home in Sacramento. I came to this clinic and couldn't have been treated better. The staff was very attentive and worked with me while they verified that my insurance was in-network, and was taken back immediately once that was all confirmed. NP Forat saw me and showed great concern over the medication I was taking. She showed genuine concern over the high dose I was on, and called my pharmacy back home to verify that was indeed the dose I was on. She also gave me new information that I did not know about this medication. She told me that she "had a responsibility to prescribe it" since I could start seizing without it. Great staff, great NP. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Took my daughter to urgent care for an issue with her skin. This nurse practitioner, not even a doctor, came in, didn't listen, and talked over us. She insisted my daughter had pink eye and tmj. My daughter did not show signs of either! She just wouldn't listen to us. She said my daughter needs a chiropractor and proceeded to give me a card for her chiropractic office. She also asked if we did botox because she also does that. Terrible visit. No reliable doctor on site. Quack advice. Consider this a warning. PS my daughter had dermatitis. Had to go to an urgent care with a REAL doctor. read more

I'd had an issue for over a week and decided to get it checked out. Because I'm on hiatus from my job I lost my old insurance and had to get a new plan in the interim. It took nearly an entire day to get things settled so I came here the next day for urgent care. The woman who checked me in said I wasn't fully in the system yet so they couldn't see me and suggested I try again the next day. I was told "that's not my problem" and "how are we going to get paid?" when I tried to explain that the little bit of paperwork I had said it I could use it immediately and I didn't have a direct number to call. The fact that they were so dismissive and uncaring to someone who needed medical attention despite it being obvious I didn't know much about the system and what I should do next made me not want to go back. Today I called a few other places and found a clinic that could take me. I explained what I was told at Noalab and not only did he say they could help, he spent an extra minute or two looking into my account and saw that my insurance was active, it just hadn't been categorized into a specific group yet. I still don't know what that means, but I do know it means that the women at Noalab COULD have done something that wouldn't have inconvenienced them at all and instead chose to turn me away. And that they had staff come out and see what was going on, not to see if they could help me, but to make sure I wasn't disruptive. Maybe the whole staff just needs to take a vacation so they can remember why they got into this field in the first place, especially considering their website touts how much they want to help people. STAY AWAY! Staff cleaning patient area not wearing masks after Repeated request to wear masks. I came here to get help not to contract COVID. When I arrived the front door was unlocked and there was a patient already in the waiting room. I asked the two girls cleaning twice and I asked the woman at the check in to please tell them to wear a mask and all I got was a smile and an "ok". They continued for another ten minutes talking and laughing. This is a medical facility, not a tire shop or book store. If I arrived without a mask I would have been denied entry or given a mask to wear. Los Angeles is the epicenter of the Covid, people are dying at an alarming rate. You are a medical facility, you see sick people all day. You should be extremely strict with proper procedures to protect patients from Covid. When I brought this to your attention I expected you to instruct your staff to immediately put on masks but you did nothing. If this is the level of concern I have serious concerns about all levels of care. I will not be returning. read more

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. My experience here was terrible! They say they open at 12pm if that's the case the doctor needs to be there at 12. I was the first person here and since the doctor wasn't there on time I had to wait 30 minutes for him to come in. The waiting room started to get crowded which I feel is unreasonable for a doctors office due to COVID. When I finally got to see the doctor. He didn't introduce himself, didn't put any gloves on or sanitize his hands in front of me. He just put his bare hands all over my face. He didn't tell me what was wrong with my eye he just gave me a prescription and left out. In conclusion this the most unprofessional urgent care that doesn't follow COVID rules!!! read more

Very nice staff but the doctor that treats patients on the urgent care side is absolutely useless. I've been twice and she literally has given the worst diagnosis possible both times. Nothing related to what's actually going on. Waste of time and money. She's probably ok if you have a cold and need some Tylenol. My son had a terrible reaction to antibiotics with a rash from head to toe, swelling of joints and it was pretty obvious that it was a reaction or allergic reaction to something and she said she wants to send him for x-rays. read more

This place is not a good urgent care. We called them to find out when do they close and the lady told us an hour. I came there before the closing time only to find out that there is no doctor there. He will be back only on monday. I know it sounds like a joke but it's an URGENT care, if you can wait from Saturday to Monday. Also, she could have told us on the phone that there is no doctor on site, but she just didn't think it's relevant, making a person with fever and infection drive there for nothing. Very friendly staff and quick service. They do rapid covid-19 testing where results are actually rapid unlike most places, you get the results within the hour. Horrible experience at the A.N.D. Urgent Care! Maureen is a complete joke! What a nasty biddy! Absolutely horrible bedside manner!! Very insulting! Maureen is one of those doctors that has been rejected by all other doctor's offices and this urgent care in the only place that will hire her! My wife brought our daughter in for an injury she suffered to her foot, which was swollen and bruised. We wanted to make sure there wasn't a break or fracture. Maureen insulted my daughter by saying that she was clipping her toenails wrong; which has has NOTHING to do with her foot injury! Then, my daughter touched her bare foot on the floor and Maureen scolded her. Then later, my daughter touch the bottom of her flip-flop at which Maureen totally flipped out saying that the floor was dirty and she is going to get germs all over her foot. Maureen then demanded that my wife grab the Clorox wipes from the counter, so that my daughter could wipe her hands. Maureen acts super paranoid and she is also super strange and abnormal...a real nut bag! Lastly, Maureen commented on my wife saying to her, "When was the last time you had your thyroid checked?" Totally uncalled for and unprofessional! The visit was about my daughter, not my wife! Do yourself a favor, stay far away from this urgent care and Maureen...an unfortunate liability and someone will drive customers away...guarantee! All other office staff are nice, but its too bad that they cannot do the diagnosis and provide quality and superb care. read more

The lady that took my initial information was terrific. The Doctor had been busy but still took the time to make me feel like I was the only patient there. I cut my finger and needed stitches . I went to this urgent care and had my baby with me. Not only was it a short wait to get taken to a room , but the entire staff was so helpful and concerned . They held my baby and pushed my stroller for me . The man who stitched me up was funny and we had a good time . it healed very well and when I came back to have stitches removed they all remembered me and even my baby's name . read more

This place was so terrible, it was scary. I walked in after suffering from the flu for 5 days, and I was just looking for a check up and hopefully some antibiotics. I walk in, and three ladies at the desk just stare me... No hello, no instruction... Just staring. The last think a very sick girl needs is people staring her down. Finally I get one of them to speak, and she's barely audible, and she asks for my insurance. I have not yet received insurance cards, because my policy is new, so I give her my policy number. She stares at her computer for 5 minutes just to say, you need to call them. I'm annoyed, but I do it anyway. I get someone on the phone, and then she interrupts me and says "I got it to work." Okay? Why couldn't you have been thorough enough before, so I didn't have to take this man's time on the phone, just to hang up immediately. So after all that, I wait a pretty short wait, and then finally a nurse calls me in. Now I can understand it was probably an older building, but for a doctors office, it looked downright dirty. It started to worry me. So the nurse sat me down and didn't say a word AGAIN. She started to try and take my blood pressure. I guess the machine wasn't working because she just kept coming in and out of the room pressing buttons. And it finally started working, but she didn't tell me my blood pressure or anything and said softly under her breath "this way." I couldn't even hear it, but she left the room, so I just got up and followed her. We went to another room, and the doctor was there. Once again, didn't say hello or even introduce himself, so I don't know his name. But he smelled like an ASHTRAY. It was so bad, it almost made me sick. His diagnosis was okay, except he kept asking me where I got this from. UM, HOW SHOULD I KNOW? Why does it matter? He then suggested chest X-rays. I go in the room and the nurse who dealt with my insurance tells me to take off my top and put on a gown. She and the other nurse just stand there, and don't even close the door. So I get undressed quickly, and once again they just stare at me. I say, what next??? And then they kind of push me up against this thing. One nurse says frustrated to the other nurse, "You have to speak clearly to the patient, and tell them what to do!" So now apparently one of the nurse's is in training. I understand they need to train people, but the whole time she didn't seem to know anything at all, and that doesn't make me feel comfortable. We end up doing it twice, because the first time didn't turn out because they didn't explain the correct way to do it. So they leave the room and are gone for like 15 minutes, and I am half naked, the door is open and I have nothing to sit on. I could have passed out and no one would have blinked an eye. At one point, I went out in the hall, and said, "Hello?", and my doctor walked right past me and didn't even look at me. All in all, it was just ridiculous and horrible. I had to find an urgent care that was in network with my insurance as it was too late to go see my primary care physician and I am so happy I found this place! The woman at the front desk was very welcoming, I'm so sorry I did not ask for her name. I came after work and arrived very close to their cut off time, but they still took me in no problem. Gina was the nurse that helped me and she was so great. I felt very comfortable with her. Noreen, a physician's assistant, had such a wonderful personality and seemed to really care about me as a patient, which I think is such an important quality. Went to AND urgent care, everyone was very nice they processed my insurance, told me everything would be covered by my insurance. Last week I received a bill from LabCorp saying my insurance did not cover my procedure and I would have to pay out of pocket. I specifically asked the gentlemen at intake if everything would be covered by insurance, he said "Yes, they will." Well they did not, not only did I have to pay $80 out of pocket for the first visit, but another $100 to go back and have them see me again due to my symptoms not getting better. Not mention they money I had to spend on both sets of medication, smh. I was seen by a different Doctor the 2nd time around, he diagnosed me correctly, but had I been diagnosed correctly the 1st time I could have avoided over $180.00 of extra fees. I would not go back to this place nor would I recommend it. Save you're money and go to a legit urgent care. Who wont over charge you read more

This place needs to be closed this second. I went on Monday with chest pain and difficulty breathing. The Stupid Moureen (a doctor, who for sure was rejected by all decent clinics) requested an EKG. After she reads it she tells me that I had a heart attack. She didn't call 911, she sends me home. She told me that "if she gets a heart attack she wants this hear attack" very insensitive. She calls me after around an hour asking me if I understood what she said. The very next day I ended up having the same symptoms I call the nurse and I tell her what this stupid doctor told me, she was shocked and she instructed me to call 911. Andre the paramedic arrives and I tell them what the doctor told me they also were shocked and they wanted to know this place's name ( I a. Praying they will follow up and file a complaint.) they rush me to the hospital, I repeat what this stupid doctor told me, they were so, I mean so shocked that she let me go home and they all recorded the urgent care name. I am going to formally make a complaint to the Board. She needs to stop the practice. I am not sure if she is even a doctor. The clinic is disgusting, I mean it is so dirty, smells so bad, very hot and I was so upset. I went home thinking I had a heart attack and this stupid person let me go home. I've been to this urgent care a few times now for various reasons and each time I come the care has been wonderful. The doctors are knowledgeable and really listen to my concerns. The staff and nurses are caring and nice. I have children and the kids feel welcome and comfortable too. I highly recommend this Urgent Care, they are kind people who want you to be healthy. I got to a point that the pain in my shoulder, arm and wrist was excruciating and I could not get in to see my prescribed doctor through my insurance until Friday. It's Tuesday, I am not able to work. The receptionist was wonderful in kindness and consideration, calming. The Nursing Assistant was attentive and also very kind and considerate to my situation, also a good experience she listened, and took the time to understand my complaint. The Nurse Practitioner who attended to me made me nervous at first because I could not pin point my anguishing pain. But she is really great, she asked all of the right questions, spoke straight to me about more than what sent me to Urgent Care but to general care I should attend to. She listened to my answers and spoke to me with great respect. Nurse Practitioners are usually extremely knowledgeable and have had more practical experience so I was comfortable taking her advice and she treated the spot that was causing the pain and relieved not only the pain, but my worries about all of the things I was afraid of causing this pain. Well, other than the fact that age has taken its tole too. I have already passed on the name and number for this Urgent Care. I am so relieved to have found them. Thank you. read more

Was in and out in less than an hour (x-rays included). The staff at the front desk was friendly and efficient. I was a new patient here and the paperwork was simple and took less than a few minutes to complete. The doctor i saw was straight forward and pleasant to deal with as well. I had a food pain through my exercise in the gym, and so i went to this place recommend by a friend. It was my first visit here, parking on the rear is also convenient and a lot of space.The place is nice and clean, and staff are friendly. I had a doctor to check my foot, and gave me some prescription, strong medicine in pain relive and also medicine for healing my problem foot.
