She is always personable, professional, and even gives you little "thank you" trinkets which is so sweet. I have another cruise booked next year and she even helped ensure that my needs will be met because of health issues. SWK Destinations also has bus trips which I went on recently. It was well organized. She even had snacks and games on the bus! I am looking forward to more bus trips as these activities can be tiring and I get to sleep instead of drive home!

So there was an alleged Bermuda Skate Cruise that was promoted and advertised by SWK Destinations…read more06/01- 06/05/19 on Anthem of the Seas- Royal Caribbean. Well the skate portion of the cruise and all of the other alleged events as marketed were totally bogus! The travel agent made absolutely no prior arrangements with the ship for any of the events that were advertised on the flyer (confirmed w/ Royal Caribbean Guest Services). Buyer beware is all that I have to say, do your own research book your own trips and don't get duped by SWK Destinations.
