Booked flights through flight for all for our family of five. We gave them the date of births of three of our children which were 15,9, and 3. The company then decided that putting a nine and three-year-old in separate rows and in separate seats with strangers seemed to be ok for them to do so once we found out where seats where we tried switching seats so that way our minor children would be sitting with us on the flight. This was an issue with Southwest Airlines on three of our four flights that we had to take. We were almost removed from our flights on two separate occasions even delayed our flight by a half hour because of the issue and trying to switch seats with other people. Once our vacation was over we tried to call asking a refund of our fee of $620 towards flight for all. They refused to do it and said that they did their job. Flight for all is a scam After I thought I booked a flight through Flight for all, I started doing research about the company. I froze my credit card since the payment did not go through right away. this bought me some time to let things play out. Just like others have said, I received an email from the company that my reservation was not confirmed because the bargain rates they advertise had been sold out. I went on the Airlines site myself, booked my flight, and paid the actual going rate. not the made up rate flight for all advertised. I was called 4 times in a 4 hour time span and finally decided to answer the phone. The flight for all rep informed me the price they advertised was sold out, but they could get me on the same flight for a higher price, plus taxes and their fees. And he said they could beat the airlines own prices. Laughable. He quoted the exact same times and prices I already paid. The difference, I didn't pay their fees. After I hung up the rep called me right back. I also heard this is a tactic they use, harassment. I informed the rep I did not want to do business with his company. I also wanted no more phone calls from the company. Otherwise I would contact the State Attorney Generals office. Within 2 minutes I had an email showing my transaction was terminated. Classic Bait and Switch - attempted to book a "discounted" flight with FlightForAll order went through then I recieved an email stating the booking was not confirmed, and that I would need to contact them for the confirmation. NOTE: Per their recorded message they are only open from 8am to Noon for phone. Upon giving them the booking information I was advised that the advertised price of the tickets were a promotion only - and that it had already been sold out when I placed my booking - then tried to sell me the exact same ticket for 4X the original price. They are scammers I found their site online while searching for deals on flights. They offer a promo code to get discounts. I got a good deal and bought they tickets. The next day they called me and raised the prices. basically the did not honor the promo code they offered. They wanted to raise the price way higher than what I could get it on other sites. Unfortunately, a few days after this, I boarded my flight to confirm my information and my surprise was that the flight was cancelled. I have been calling and sending emails for days, requesting a refund of the Total of all charge - USD 1,796.22, because I had to cancel my accommodation and everything I had agreed to due to their poor service. I have been trying to get my money back for a month and to date it has not been possible. They tell me they will refund my money, they pass me on to different people and they do not confirm this information in writing. I attempted to make a reservation for a flight due to finding a better fare and flight time than offered by other sources. After I booked and entered my credit card, it gave me a pending reservation. Pending? What is going on? Credit card verification is almost immediate, so I knew something was up. I initiated a chat with a representative and sure enough, that flight was not available. This company does a bait and switch routine and then tries to sell you a higher priced flight and tries to make you think that they are doing you a huge favor. I reiterated that the flight should not be booked and asked for a cancellation. I stated I had copies of the pending charges and asked my credit card to not be charged based upon the information saved from the chat session. The company agreed. They explained that the airlines are not giving them updates frequent enough to be able to know what is currently being offered. Maybe, but very frustrating to a customer to navigate these types of inconsistencies. If you decide to use them, don't waste your time trying to book online by yourself. You should call them or do it through the live chat function. I will not ever use their services again. So beware and be prepared for some "funny" business. read more

Very stressful. The flights on their website are not legitimate. After you book a flight, they call you saying that the flight is not available and try to sell you a more expensive flight. We selected a nonstop flight from Florida to Brazil. The next day we received a call saying that flight is not available but we could book one for $300 more with one stop in Atlanta. We booked tickets from flightforall few weeks back. We dealt with a guy named Louis . Got a confirmation code for airlines and advised a few of my friends. We all got confirmation codes and assumed that they are legit site. Now within a week every one's ticket is cancelled by delta. Because seems like they scammed delta and scammed us. Delta cancelled all their reservations. This is so frustrating. This is cheating at a different level . Because none of us got any alert of cancellation. If I had read any of these reviews before using FlightForAll, I probably would have avoided them. Regardless, I feel compelled to write this review. I have now used them three times for different trips and each time they have come through. They have managed to book me on major airlines (Delta, American and AeroMexico) and the fares they have obtained for me have been substantially better than any I have been able to find on sites such as Booking.com, Travelocity, Expedia and Kayak.
