My son learned so much from him and passed his knowledge test at thr DMV with ease. Road test is coming up but thanks to Mr. B I am confident my son will do fine there as well. Okay driving school. They don't teach some things like putting directional on when backing out of…read moreparking space (granted I didn't know this either, but is required for driving test) and not driving in left lane on highway unless passing. They also don't call or text when they arrive in driveway for drive time. We couldn't see our driveway and they give a 30 minute window for meeting time. It was winter and cold and couldn't wait outside long. If you miss them, then they just leave and can charge you $75 for missing the appointment. This is unreasonable. They also don't teach situational awareness during drives, but teach in classroom. We found this to be an important skill that is just not taught very well.

The girls who do the driving hours are all young, they may be the owner's daughters, and they did highway driving, parking and parallel parking once. The majority of drives were on roads that weren't very busy and he was only exposed to navigating difficult situations with me. As any parent knows, the dynamic is much different with a driving instructor than a parent. He was not adequately prepared for the state written exam, they did a Kahoot on their phones to study vs using the book that the state tests from. I have heard of unprofessional behavior from the instructors from other parents, luckily we didn't have that experience. I would encourage parents to seek a different driving school if they want their child adequately prepared for the road.
