There were 2 customers ahead of me, speaking to the one girl who was running the registers. I had to wait for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally, when I got to speak to her, I showed her the design and she immediately told me "no", without any explanation. I asked a few questions as to why - was the glass too narrow? Do they not engrave items not purchased there? - no answer, she just kept saying no. The best part is, their website CLEARLY says that custom business logos can be engraved, via digitizing the image. I dropped off my ring with Anthony on a Saturday morning. It needed 2 diamonds replaced and the bottom of it was starting to crack, which I didn't even know was happening until Anthony pointed it out.
