My driver texted a request for the pick up information. I provided it and received a confirmation from my driver he would be there at 3AM. At 310AM on the day of my pick up, I texted my driver when would he be arriving. He promptly replied 15 minutes. At 335AM I texted him, saying he needed to be there in 5 mins or I would drive myself to the airport to avoid missing my flight. My driver showed up at 342AM. The driver then, in my opinion, drove recklessly to the airport. He rolled through stop signs, didn't stop to make a right on red, and sped up to 90 mph on route 78 in a vehicle with both the check engine light and low tire pressure warning lights on. I understand that sometimes drivers are late, but other companies I have used have had the professional courtesy to call me to let me know they are running late. Between this lack of professionalism and the lack of safety I felt on the ride I cannot recommend On Time Cab

I called the service and was greeted on the phone by a very nice woman who went out of her way to set up my appointment. A few minutes later the driver Kumar texted me to let me know he would be picking me up the next morning. Kumar did indeed show up on time and I arrived at my appointment on time. All in all some might say that they were only doing their job but trust me when you can not afford to be late to appointment you don't need any added stress. So when I called back three months later to get the same ride I was greeted on the phone by unprofessional man who said we only drive to airports. From 5 stars to 2 star Very quickly

Instead, I found Yellow Cab on Yelp and took a chance. The driver answered my phone call right away, picked me up, and didn't mind stopping by a bank to pick up cash for the fare. I needed him to pick me up a second time at 4:30am in the morning and drop me off at EWR. He confirmed the night before via phone, and also arrived right on time. I stupidly forgot my wallet and we were 75% of the way there. So embarrassing! But he turned around with no complaint and got me back to the airport in time for my flight. I really appreciated his patience and professionalism (I'm used to cabbies in NJ being rude to me) and gave him 3x the fare, plus tip. Overall, great customer service, and safe driving skills :D

If he has fares before me ,he always calls to let me kno when he's dropped them off and is on his way ( No other cab drivers do that) , He's really polite Good to talk to if u r a talker like me But not intrusive if ur not . Ive seen how w he treats other customers and I'm really impressed! Some cab drivers won't take u all the way to PV from Prescott that time of night but It's never a problem With Matthew He's great at this job ! I will keep using Speedy Taxi as long as Matthew is driving at night!
