I cannot recommend Mario and his team enough. They did an unbelievable job with my floors. We just moved into a house built in 1940 that had beautiful heart pine floors underneath some nasty shellac. Mario was able to get all of that plus pet stains off and turn our floors back into gorgeous natural heart pine just like in 1940. He is so passionate, communicative, and a true professional. We had a very tight schedule to have a 4th of July/ home warming party and he was able to get it done without sacrificing quality or going over budget. Since it is an older home there were some repairs that needed to be done. He was able to find the very rare wood and match the existing floor perfectly. Mario and his crew are complete perfection. They ripped up all the old carpeting of a house we bought and replaced it with a stunning engineered hardwood oak floor throughout. It looks like a new house. They are spotless and left the house cleaner than when we bought it. Excellent daily communication by text and/or phone on the progress. Even the new neighbors came us to up, introduced themselves and complimented Mario and workers on their cleanliness and thoughtfulness. Manager of the association called and said she never had a contractor call her and ask about the rules before starting the job. She greatly appreciated that. Highly recommend. I cannot recommend Mario and his team enough! From the first call to job completion, they are an absolute pleasure to work with, and do phenomenal work. We refinished the floors downstairs, ripped up carpets and finished the floors upstairs, and they managed this with 3 of us and 2 dogs, all the while keeping me calm and reassuring me throughout the process. They work quickly and quietly, and leave the house cleaner then when they arrived. Mario calls daily to let you know what the game plan is, which is a rarity, and I will miss his phone calls! Mario and his crew exceeded expectations and the price was very fair. In addition to the wood floor refinishing work being top shelf, they were all courteous, neat, respectful of the house and diligent in their work. They put down taped rosin paper to protect the existing refinished wood floors. The taped plastic at the hallway entrance, the door entrance to the room, and over all the built in furniture. Mario is great to work with! AAA refinished our downstairs about 10 years ago, and our upstairs 3 years ago. Because we have a small house, they were able to work with us regarding moving the furniture from room to room so we wouldn't have to move things out. They taped everything up to minimize dust. We trust them so much we had them refinish our upstairs floor when we were out of town for a week (and with our three cats running around!)
