While calling around to try and find the best price, I came in contact with Garland from Bucks County Carpet. She was very pleasant to talk to on the phone, and assured me that I would be helped upon my arrival at the store in Pendell. About 15 minutes later, I showed up at the store and Dave, a sales associate, was there waiting for me. He had already spoken with Garland and he was waiting to help me, as promised. He helped me in finding the best color and size of pre-cut carpet for my classroom, which was then donated to me. The service at this store was amazing, and everyone who I spoke to was caring and extremely pleasant to deal with. What I got was some kind of cheap, apartment complex type remnants with seams throughout the living areas. They refused to make the corrections so I had to sue them, and won. I now have a lean against them filed in the Bucks County Courthouse. I ended up hiring "Olden Carpet", down the street from them, to come in and rip out the Bucks County Carpet and Floors crap and re-do the entire project. Olden Carpet gave me the Mohawk Premium product I asked for in the first place. They did a beautiful job, cleaned up after themselves and removed all the trash. All of this for the same price I was charged by Bucks County Carpet and Flooring for their bait and switch crap.

The sales process with Empire Today was highly misleading regarding their financing options. I was led to believe this would be a manageable payment plan, but instead, the bank charged the entire $6,357.20 balance immediately on the very first transaction. Empire needs to properly train their consultants to be completely transparent about Synchrony Bank's billing practices instead of glossing over the details just to close a deal.
