My biggest complaint was their absolute refusal to offer us any documentation whatsoever. many of the families simply wanted a receipt for all the payments we had made. They absolutely refused. I called their office to verify that they had received my check. the woman on the other line would not even confirm that my payment had been received. They wouldn't even give us a confirmation number for our lodging until a week or two before the trip. We needed it in order to reserve character dining and fast passes. Since we got the confirmation numbers so late, we missed out on the reserving the most popular experiences. Throughout the trip, we realized that our girls were entitled to some perks through the Disney Dance program that they never received. So some of the parents asked again about getting receipts and a breakdown of our costs. Again, they refused and told us that it was our studio director's responsibility to issue receipts. But we did not pay her. We made the checks out to ATS! The planning process was so stressful that it caused a lot of friction at our studio. Some families left the studio because they felt the owner could not be trusted to be responsible with our money since she had hired ATS. It was a very bizarre experience.
