Ever since Hunter's abandoned all its Chevy customers, I have taken my 2002 4WD Chevy Suburban, purchased new from Hunter's, to Dale's. They have maintained it mechanically better and more economically than Hunter's ever did. At the 1st 100K service point, the dealer wanted over $1000 to perform the required service. At the 100K mile point, the water pump also began to leak, Dale's the 100K service by the book and did it right for $600 including replacing the water pump and changing the transfer cases' odd blue oil. Note, I have 360K miles on this vehicle, and so far, has needed a new water pump at each 100K mile interval, it is on its 3rd pump, but, it is amazingly easy to change out, 2 hour job at most. read more

My car was having a transmission problem. I called another shop and they said they couldn't get to it for a few days. I joined Angie's List and looked for a place with a good rating that was close to home. I found Dale's so I gave them a call. They said they would take a look at it but it sounded like the transmission needed fluid. They recommended a towing company (Billy's) and said they would pay the charge and add it to my bill. The tow arrived, hooked up my car and drove off. The man was very personable. To make a long story short, I did need my fluid changed and filled. Doug also put air in all my tires as my sensor was lit up. The price was only $250. The people I dealt with could not have been nicer or more professional. A+ read more

As a woman, I have never been talked down to when I go there and they never try to add on any extra work - and I have not seen them do that to anyone else while I'm there either. Great place. My son and his family were visiting from Out of town and car started running hot on the way here. My son and daughter in law patched a hole in a hose to get them here Friday night. Dale's was closed on the weekend but we took their car over there Sunday night and left it. Even though they were booked solid they got to it and were able to fix it so the kids can leave on Tuesday.
