This AAA is smaller than several others I've been to in upstate New York. The back appears to be office space, and there's really only room for 2 staff to attend to you. But that appears to be enough, since the amount of merchandise here is also significantly less than the other stores. I came out of TJ's, loaded my car, and cranked it to find a dead battery for no good reason. Called AAA and had a callback from dispatch after 20 minutes. The service guy was there about 10 minutes later. Great service. Nice Young man. read more

I have only come here for their free maps (no planned vacations, no car emergencies) so it is hard to fairly judge them. But, they have found the maps I needed quickly and usually had more of nearby areas that I never even thought to ask about. The only problem I have with them is that they close at 6:30 on weekdays, and 1:00 on the weekends. I usually cannot get there during the week by 6:30. read more

One Wednesday afternoon there was once a 20 year old man that locked his keys in the car, in his drive way. Unlike the other reviews it only took H and N towing 30-45 minutes to get to my drive way. The only thing I really didn't like, is that when I had tried to get updates on my request the app didn't update and say anything about on the way, or on site. read more

If I could give these people zero stars, I would. My husband and I wanted to do a special trip to the SW National Parks in June, 2016 to celebrate our birthdays. We went to "Donna" A YEAR IN ADVANCE and laid out what we wanted to do. That was on a Friday in June and she said she'd email us a possible itinerary Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Nothing. We let a week go by and emailed her what was up, and she said she'd been really busy, and would get us something to consider within a week. Nothing. We emailed again, what's up? And she sent us SOMEONE ELSES'S trip plans, for a SW park vacay, but in September of 2015!! We emailed back and she said she'd get us OUR itinerary right away. Nothing. Two, three, weeks go by. We email a final time"get us our itinerary asap because accomodations book up a year in advance, or else just tell us we need a Plan B." Never have heard a word since, and it is now almost October. SORRIEST service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Take your business elsewhere! read more
