I said asked exactly how to complete this form when I initially arrived, asked to make sure what I needed, double asked for the time investment needed. Then when I returned was told I didnt follow instructions. I honestly dont now what to say. Then said they wouldn't complete wither of my transfer transactions. After 38 years of being a customer I have watched as their customer service has evaporated. 3 hour wait for a tow, but worse yet, you submit a claim, it easier to speak with the other person's insurance provider and of course they are putting fault on us. Service request number 31480 The poorest service experienced. Call for help 8:02am. Received one prerecorded update at 845am 'help will arrive in approximately 30 minutes.' It's 9:40am still no service no help. I called and spoke to a so-called supervisor named Sean and says he is from northern Utah. I felt just in the tone of this man, our conversation was not going well. I asked to speak to his supervisor. He said "you got me, I'm a supervisor and I'm not going to play the escalation game. So you're stuck with me." He would not let me finish a sentence, he spoke over me, he's yelling at me and being insistant in wanting to make a point that "I was not making sense" and hung up on me! This supervisor was so inappropriate with me. He was not showing customer service attributes. He did not want to deescalate, validate nor empathize my situation. I felt as if I was a bother or he is going through something and projected to me, the customer! I have never felt so unappreciated, undervalued as a person but maybe I possibly feel I had some racism towards me. "Where members come first"- not today!!!!! read more

My wife suffers from severe osteoarthritis and is already required to have both knees replaced and her hip also. She nor I have ever used a handicapped placard, but it was now needed so we went to AAA in Fig Garden Village to get a temporary. The process was relatively smooth and my wife received the placard. So here's the negative portion of this review. The employee who issued the placard handed it to my wife and said, "Here's your princess pass". My wife already feels very down & frustrated with her condition. Asking for a placard was not easy emotionally for her & I'm sure it is not easy for many other motorists w limited mobility. To refer to a placard as a "princess pass" implies that she qualifies for preferential parking instead of parking due to a painful medical condition. She hopes to not need the placard after surgery. It is my hope that AAA acknowledges this review and train their employees to be professional & sensitive to the needs of motorists with disabilities or mobility issues. read more

Very good service all around. With the Covid-19 happening right now they are practicing "social distancing" quite well. They allow a few customers in at one time. Outside the sidewalk is marked every 6'. Once a customer or two leave from inside they allow the next one or two inside. The young lady who helped me behind a plexiglass window was very helpful & courteous. Was in & out within about 5 minutes. The Office was nice & clean inside. Lots of parking available. December 23 2022. 6:45 pm. 37° and no heat. Out in middle of nowhere we needed a tow AAA AAA said that it would be a 30 to 60 minutes wait. 90 minutes later I called to check. They said it would be a little while longer We waited and waited Called them again they said they didn't have a truck for us but if we found one they would reimburse us. We called around and couldn't find a truck either. We called AAA again. Where was the truck that was supposed to be there in 30 minutes? They finally found a non-AAA tow truck service to come help us. Should be there in 45-60. Over an hour later he called and said he'd be there in 45-60 min. He made it! We spent over 6 hours waiting for a tow. Thank goodness an out of area tow service came to the rescue. Where was the Madera company that was on call that night? read more

This location has friendly customer service all EXCEPT for a gal named AMY who works the dmv counter , she is very rude ,cold , and somewhat condescending.. this is not my first experience with her which is what brought me to write the review , she doesn't not try to help whatsoever whenever there is a situation turn beyond her scope of capability , like anything other agent who would give advice or guide you in the right direction she does nothing just says sorry come back when u got everything I need ,she should not be in customer service , I gave her my policy number and info yet she still declined to work w me until I.
