Unfortunately he left the company. This is when the it all went down hill. Every time (yearly) I asked my new broker (Karen) to look for an insurance, I got excuses on top of excuses, at first it was that the insurance cost went up overall that that was the "good" price I was offered, and the following year that "no one wants to insure my type of business". Well, long story short, I found another company who has me insured now and the whole price is 1000 cheaper than what what offered through Tomco.
