I highly recommend you give them a try. They often find better deals than online info and offer invaluable recommendations. Especially if you are traveling out of the country.. having someone to call when theres a problem is a life saver. We have been stranded out of the country and would have definitely missed our plane without their help. Our private transportation didnt show up. Currently, we had a travel disaster, and Im so grateful for Fdt and Holly for their help. The resort we were scheduled to go to had a fire and will be closed for several months. The Mexican resort already had been paid, and we fear our money was gone and no vacation wouldn't happen. Travel agent handled the nightmare of smoothing it all out so we still have a great trip coming. They have the connection, expertise, and experience to make your travel the trip you've dreamed of. Plenty of stops on the way for bathroom breaks and stretching, or grabbing a bite. Our tour guides Martin and Bev were fantastic keeping us entertained and informed. They took care of luggage and getting everyone's hotel keys, venue tickets, and above all doing a head count after EVERY stop! Our driver Paul was awesome! I felt totally at ease reading, doing a puzzle, or sleeping. Very safe operation of the behemoth 56 passenger bus. Meals included were always a multiple choice of 3 entrees so something for everyone. Some venues were a little rushed but that was due to the weather. All in all a great time.

Things I wasn't a fan of: the half missing shower door. We're not in downtown NYC this is a lovely property in a suburb of Cincinnati. You walk into the shower no door to close. It's a half permanent glass door on the side where the water comes. Parking. So worky. You get to park on the surface lot for free until 10 pm. Then, you must move it to the garage a few steps away under the Aspire apartments $2.50 a day. So weird. Hardly an incentive just charge me $10/day for the convenience of keeping our car where we leave it without the risk of getting towed. Also upon entry for the garage the door must opens up for you to roll in no ticket nothing. Convenience and more of a white glove service is way more feasible than $2.50 a day vs schlepping around playing beat the clock.

You can bring your own food and brings on this boat. There is no bathroom on the boat but you do make a stop. While you are at that stop make sure you hit up that bar and get a few more drinks. I believe you can have up to 14 people and we used all that space and fit comfortable on the boat.
