If you are going to cancel someone's service, you need to give notice and also honor your promise to service their lawn when you agreed to, not wait until the day before and cancel out of the blue, very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!! Attaching Schedule below, the real times he came out recently were 7/26, 8/11, 8/25, 9/3 and 9/22. Most of these times he came was because I had to text and ask when he was coming out as our lawn was embarrassing. As you can see, not even close to being on schedule and the months he should have been out 3x, that didn't happen, with this month being one of them. He should have been out here this week and decided to drop us instead. Going 18 days without getting our lawn mowed and then having to reach out to him to get it done is ridiculous. Rest assured, when it came time to only mow once a month, that was it!! If something doesn't go his way, he packs up his mower and goes home. We always paid on time, even at times reminding him to bill us when he was late sending out invoice. We always picked up our yard prior, even that became more challenging as we never knew when he was coming out. Read the other negative reviews, he doesn't operate like a businessman. Yes, I am bitter, but the facts don't lie. He was supposed to come out 6 times over the past 2 months and came out 4. We were dropped for no cause aside from asking when he was coming. He delivered everything that afternoon and started the work. However, this being Florida, we had a heavy rain that did not permit them to finish that day. He was back the next morning and he and his helper had everything done by noon. I gave him free range to set the lawn ornaments since he was vey creative. I was asked to check everything for approval. I was quite happy with what I saw. And they cleaned up before they left. The folks at JNL were polite and considerate, including Jennifer who took my many calls. The work was very professional, it was done quickly and neatly, and did all that I asked of them. Expect nothing in terms of them fixing all aspects that need to be re-done properly or your property replaced or fixed. They will tell you "it happens". Had to get water pipe repaired after they left... didn't realize it was broken till after they left as it was storming and pouring rain when they left and several days after. Disappointed in post job treatment/ non service from them after ongoing calls, emails and texts to them, nada, crickets. However, they will call you and be in touch when they want to get paid. It's not always about what someone does, but also what they don't do and whether they have integrity or not. Actions speak louder than words.

This young man is genuinely a hard worker, very reliable, and quite impressive as a first time business owner. We have been working with Darren for about 2 months now and his communication is very well appreciated and his work ethic is exactly what we were looking for. Because of his reliability, the quality of his workmanship, and his willingness/ flexibility to work with our sometimes changing schedule + calendar is exactly why we chose to give him our business. When we look for vendors/ contractors, we look for people that we can trust so we can build a long term partnerships and relationships, because let's be honest, who wants to spend all their time looking for new vendors/ contractors?
