We paid about $3000.00 for what. Said we had chew holes in our air ducts. What a joke. Said we had rat infestation in our attic. Again what a joke. He used 3 traps and I'm talking the regular old rat traps with a small piece of salami. I believe he had made maybe 4 trips to our home. Open the attic door looked inside and 2 seconds later said everything looks good and if there is a smell let him know. The 3 traps were right at the opening of the attic. Too lazy to reset the one trap that was tripped the very first time he came I'm sure by when he first opened up the ceiling door it tripped then. Each time he came he would only stand on the ladder but never go into the attic just standing at the top just enough to pop his head in so he could look inside. You know how I know because I watched him closely for fear he would bring in a dead rat and place it in the trap to look like he caught one. He has not been back since April not has called to see how we are doing. As of today we have never caught any rats or mice nor have heard any up in the attic . He did mention that he was going to spray something but that never happened. People be aware the job this company does because you can do it yourself at no additional cost. Maybe 3 cheap rats traps for $3000.00 at Walmart. which I'm sure really is around $10.00. No wonder this company makes money a year. They need to take the wording PRO from their company name. On Friday, March 7, 2025, service technician, Michael Nunn came to our home to do the service. I questioned Michael as to what exactly would he be doing, making sure I understood. This is the services Michael told me he would be doing..... 1. Spray and leave granules on outside perimeter 2. Spray or bait around windows and baseboards 3. Bait under kitchen sink, pantry and under bathroom sinks. 4. Remove some receptacles near water to spray, as this helps to eliminate pests before they get into home. 5. Attic.....will leave granules (I have 2 attics, one in garage and one inside home) Michael said inside attic was not necessary. Initially, he did not mention servicing either attic. I let him know when I spoke to Candy to schedule appt. She went over some service areas and said the attics would be dusted. Michael, at this time, replied "he doesn't dust attics", but leaves granules instead. Monday, March 10, 2025 our home was inspected by Marco, supervisor. His findings and conclusions...... 1. NO bait under kitchen sink, pantry 2. NO granules in attic 2. NO bait located anywhere Marco let me know that "we were taken advantage of", basically Michael didn't do his job! I questioned Marco "I wonder how many other customers were taken advantage of by Michael Nunn. You pay for a service, you expect it to be done correctly. Also, what is Michael doing with the pesticide bait and granules that he wrote on the invoice that he used, but actually did not? I was visibly upset knowing that I paid $450 for basically nothing! The first mow I had, the "pro" did ok. He did not follow explicit instructions to leave the grass long (St. Augustine) even though I had it on my profile and sent him a message making sure he knew. This shouldn't have had to be stated because anyone who knows grass, knows that St. Augustine needs to be cut longer. I let it slide. The second service, the "pros" that came out 1) cut the grass even shorter, 2) did not mow my backyard or the grass between my house and my neighbor's house (my property), 3) did not edge at all, 4) did not blow trimmings. He sent me a quote to pick up yard debris from the recent hurricane. I had already talked it into piles and it was on my easement, waiting to be picked up by the county. I agreed to the quote. When I came home, I nearly cried looking at the state of my once beautiful lawn. Not only were the regular services not completed, there were still piles and piles of obvious debris in the yard. I contacted customer service and shared pictures of the work and expressed my frustrations. They said they would reach out to the "pro". The "pro" argued that they had completed the job, despite my picture evidence. Customer service told me that the pro would be back The next day to fix the problems, edge, blow, finish mowing, pick up the remaining debris. Guess what - the pro marked the job complete without ever coming to my property and told the company that they had! I have cameras around my house and I know for a fact that they did not come. The lawn looked exactly the same as I had left it. I contacted customer service again. Shared more pictures. The customer service offered me a 30% discount and asked if I wanted a different pro to come out. I said yes. The way that this was presented, I believed they were doing the right thing by sending someone out to fix the incomplete work to make us even. The third pro came and he was wonderful. He noticed how botched the yard was. Commented on how low the grass was cut, was surprised that it had just been serviced two days prior because it looked like it hadn't been touched. He was great. Fast forward a few days, I get a charge of $220+ because they charged me full price for the botched mow, full price for the cleanup, and full price for the second pro to come out and fix it. I'm addition, there were multiple other gotcha charges on the bill. I had a 30% credit to my account but I have cancelled and I'm taking the charge and all of my screenshots with customer service to the bank. I asked customer service again for assistance with the matter and they continued to take the side of the pro that lied and cheated, and made it very clear that they were doing nothing else to make this right. Do not use LawnLove! They lock you in with a low first mow rate, do not let you cancel until you've been serviced 3 times, and treat you like crap. I have paid $300+ to them for two absolutely shitty mows and three piles of yard debris picked up. Cheats and scammers. Pictures of their "fixed" edging the day it was "redone".
