When i replied with questions to the quote there were no response to my emails. They Incorrectly entered my order as pickup when I called twice to confirm delivery cost and timing, then refused to deliver on day of event. I would not recommend. If I could give zero stars I would. This review is long overdue! My company ordered a stage along with pipe and draping. The steps that lead up to the stairs came with missing screws, causing the equipment to be unsafe. After multiple phone calls to the manager, AAA Rentals REFUSED to send someone out to fix or adjust the concern. They also never attempted to accommodate us by at least removing the stair fee from the bill. Talk about unprofessional!! We ended up using a strap to hold the stairs in place which was visually unpleasing. I've used AAA Rentals many times in the past, but no more! read more

After I began my transaction the saleslady informed me that she had given me a paper of some sort, and she needed it back. I still don't recall her giving me said document. She said she really needed it "for her boss." As I proceeded to look through my purse I repeatedly indicated that I didn't recall her giving me anything. Still she insisted that I look for it, and even suggested the parts of my purse that I could investigate. Along with the pregnant customer standing waiting to be tended to after me, I watched as the saleslady tore up the office looking for the documentation she needed. I asked the woman what recourse she would normally take after losing such a valuable document. "Can you reprint it?" I asked. She said it wasn't possible to reprint it and insisted that I look for the paperwork when I got home. The chairs I rented were a rusty mess. The table I rented left several splinters in my hands and I had to be very careful maneuvering it in my car so that the large chunks of sharp wood wouldn't leave damage behind. When I returned the furniture the same lady responded to my "good evening," greeting by asking me again about whatever document she needed. After getting all of the furniture into the store I asked her about proof that I had returned the furniture. She said that she could stamp a document that she initially gave me as proof that the furniture had been returned. I started to inquire about the policy so that I could have clarity if I decided to do business with AAA again. It is conveniently close to my home. No one told me I needed to bring anything to get a receipt indicating that AAA had received the furniture back. I tried to support local business as I Iive in Waldorf and used this company for renting wedding dishes. I reserved my items with Waldorf and when my client increased their guest count, I increase my order and requested delivery instead of pick up. Unfortunately all deliveries are handled via the Landover location. Once I was transferred over to the Landover location, everything went down hill. Kiya is the most unprofessional sales associate I have ever had to deal with and I work in this business! I had a delivery for Saturday October 13th and when I called to confirm, Kiya stated that it was moved to Friday the 12th??! Who delivers items at a banquet hall the day before the event? What if someone breaks the glasses before our staff arrives? Mind you the banquet hall had an event that Friday, so our items for 150 people would have been in their way!! I had to jump through hoops and go back and forth with Kiya just to get my items delivered on the day that I request two months ago. I understand that she personally did not make the change, but the way that I was treated and spoken to was very rude, smart mouthed and with lack of care or concern. Pick up was supposed to happen on Monday, I call to find out when they will arrive. Now it will be picked up on Tuesday!! So I have arranged my schedule to fit Monday pick up and no one calls to say it has changed?! I stated that I will not be here on Tuesday, and was told to leave it outside but if anything happens to it, then I will be held responsible! I rented 20 chairs which were filthy. I had to clean them, that shouldn't be the customers job. 2 of the chairs were broken, one broke when a guest was sitting on it. The manager at the Waldorf store was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was giving dirty looks and when I told her about the chair breaking under my guest, her reply was "I can't take all this complaining". Get a new job lady, your the manager, someone got hurt because of your company's negligence. RUN from this place. read more

This is the worst and I mean the worst place ever. I rented a tent 20x40 tent for my birthday party. It's my fault for not doing my homework but I was stuck with the current weather condition and had to have something. We paid over $1k ans when I tell you they delivered TRASH, the tent had ripped and tape every wear and the clear side panels all holes rips and tape everywhere. And when I tried to call they kept picking up and hanging up the phone if it should rain my guest will get wet because the tent has holes in it. In the beginning the customer was great however when I called I could not get Crystal to even talk to me about this situation, her response was you need to call the warehouse. I don;t have anything to do with that part of the service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SURELY DISAPPOINTED.
