    I believe that HF is a reputableble outfit. Some of the products are not up to standard. The bauer…read moredrill 20 volt paid 69.00 for it 6 months ago. The battery did not hold a long charge. I looked into the issue I was having. Well it's not the batteries in my case. The charger is the root cause. I first charged like the OEM suggested. I opened my charge and the insulation around the transformer had turned back to it's original state which is a liquid. No wonder iam not happy with this cordless drill. The manufacturer of the charger did not use quality or even semi quality products in these chargers. If it is bauer then that makes it even worse.Generally they are made by a third party company . Q/A is needed I will never buy another one. And I will tell at least seven people and those seven people will tell seven more. They were rude to me in the west Tulsa store like I did it. It's so heavy that it made my shoulder hurt. Bad deal and it will effect me just stopping by to buy. Cdwsr Tulsa,OK

Our sales person…read moreLexi was Great she gave us the time and space to look around and made herself available when we needed her she checked stock to see if item was in and when we would be able to get it and asked us what day's and times worked for us. Had to leave and come back and when we did the man manning front turned out to be manager very nice man introduced himself and asked if he could help us not knowing we had been in. We told him we had been working with Lexi and he went to get her. Long story short Excellent customer service. They called when they said they would several times updated us with any changes and delivery did everything they said they would and more very very happy . They should go over to there partner store and give them lessons on how to treat customers (M.B) Management has got a great staff they work together like well oiled machine.     I made a purchase because of a time restraint and immediate need however I will never return to…read morethis store. I walked in and was immediately approached by a saleswoman which I knew would happen, all the furniture stores do that, they have their sales staff jump on you at first sight so I expected it. I knew what I wanted and began with explaining what that was but at the first explanation I was questioned and instantly redirected to something I didn't want. I attempt to redirect back to what I did want and at the end was told I was "not friendly" from the moment I was approached. I explained my approach to explain exactly why I was in the store and knew what I wanted to look at was mistaken for not being friendly. Frankly, I don't care if the salesperson was offended. As the visit moved forward I asked if it was OK for me to just shop throughout the store on my own, I asked permission! Only asking because I did not want to be followed and pressured. I knew what I was looking for, they couldn't help me when I showed them a picture of a chair, from their website, and was told if I ordered that chair sight unseen and decided it wasn't want I wanted when I received it in, they would allow be to return it but it would cost me $50.00 to return it. After asking if I could shop on my own and getting her approval it didn't take me long to find a chair I was interested in. They had two of the same chair. Different colors but the exact same chair. Both were tagged as clearance items. One was tagged $403 AS IS which was great, however the other tagged the same, "clearance" was priced at $599. This chair was the color I wanted. I flagged down the same sales person trying to be fair so that she could get the commission if I made the purchase. I told her I want to purchase that chair if they would match the price as the other chair. She went off to ask a manager and came back with they "couldn't" do that but could drop the price to $500. While she was gone I sat in the chair and kicked back the ottoman of the chair and in doing so discovered it was lopsided. It wasn't bad, but noticeable. I requested they match the "as it" price of the other chair due to the ottoman part of the chair being usable but lopsided. A very reasonable request and they would get a sale and the salesperson would get the same commission as she would on the other chair marked "AS IS" but didn't have a defect. They wouldn't do it. Yes, I purchased the chair regardless which I should not have done but I wasn't going to drive into Tulsa, Tulsa Hills was convenient and I didn't have time. I saw my offer as reasonable under the circumstance. Ashley was winning with the sale and getting rid of a defective chair. I did them a favor. Granted I'm probably the sucker in this case but I'm the one writing the review. I do not recommend this store.
