I love these guys! They are extremely accommodating. Remember they are selling overstock product. If you go expecting to get 30 identical matching cabinets for your kitchen that's not going to happen. They have assorted colors and styles for kitchens, bathrooms, she shacks, garages, etc. You can take all the time you need to browse and make decisions. Austin did a good job of collecting our money, once the project got started he and his company had no project management on site to ensure the installation was going correctly. After the upper and lower cabinets had been installed the first time I noticed that the installer didn't follow the plans. Only after I called out the issue they reinstalled in the correct location. No communication out of his company, was told on the previous day that someone would be out to work, only to have a no show. This happen to me for 5 days. Prior to the tile work being started I contacted Austin with my concerns about the condition of the project to date and the lack of professionalism he and his company has had with my concerns, I never heard back from him. I was forced to contact other contractors to complete the project at an extra cost of $2800.00 Lessen learned never pay for a project up front, this is his business model and for suckers like me he is making money, not earning it like the rest of us. Oh forgot to mention missing shelves for the cabinets, and specialty insets for the drawers that cost around $200.00 each. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY..... Like many others, our small/simple job dragged out for months. We were left with a damaged cabinet, no under the sink doors, and no foot plate for months after they were eventually put in. Austin charged me an extra $400.00 for pulls that were supposed to be included - yep, tried to steal from me. He dodged my calls for weeks. The owner, his dad, finally called me after I started threatening to call the BBB, parent company, etc. He seemed like he was going to fix all the issues promptly, but quickly lost interest in me just like his son. He did refund my $400.00 Austin stole from me, so I guess there's the one star I gave these clowns! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. read more

Stopped by as we were driving through from out of town during Christmas because our cabinet maker had called with delays to our cabinetry. They helped by showing us similar cabinets, discussing features, and confirming current manufacturing delays even though we were not going to buy cabinets from them. He is now designing the next kitchen for us . We only use Austin exclusively for all our kitchen remodels. We would use no one else. The cabinets are beautiful. But the customer service is extremely poor. I went in, paid in full as all the cabinets I needed were currently in the warehouse, minus 2 cabinets that were to be ordered in. I Was guaranteed my cabinets would be delivered to my home on a specific day. I asked for dimensions of the trim I ordered and a picture of what it looked like so my builders could match to it, never could get an answer back. I asked for a refund as I had to pick trim for the rest of the kitchen and living room to be completed. Was told no problem "a refund will be issued ASAP". That never happened. Then, the 2 cabinets they had to order in but were guaranteed to be in were running late. Then they didn't have a delivery crew to bring the cabinets, yet I paid for delivery. Some cabinets were delivered by the girl who sold me the cabinets, then a week later the rest came. On a horse trailer (again, I paid them to deliver and was told they had a delivery crew they use-all of a sudden that crew quit or they were all sick. I heard several stories and excuses). The home and garden show was happening so the cabinet company didn't have crew to come out and drop off the cabinet my contractors were waiting on-finally it gets delivered. It was obviously removed from a display at the home and garden show as it had holes drilled in the back and had signs of previously being hung up, oh and the door is warped. Significantly according to the associate Lee. He also informed me that they could replace one of the drawers that my contractors damaged and the warped door. It has been months. So I am waiting on a refund for trim, a drawer and a new cabinet door. I have called Austin who supposedly owns the company multiple times, left him emails, texts, voicemails and messages with his front office girl. I have gotten nothing but a run around. It is a shame as the cabinets are beautiful, full wood and the price was decent for what we received. However, the customer service and all the promises that had been made and they fell short on speaks volumes. I would not and have not recommended them. I will be replacing bathrooms and adding on, would have loved to have used them but because of the service I received I will never use this company nor recommend them to family, friends, neighbors or coworkers. read more

This was my sixth set of cabinets to purchase from premium over a 9 year period. The cabinets have always been great quality for the money. Austin and his staff have always been courteous, friendly and helpful. He is excellent in helping design the kitchens. There have been a few little hitches along the way, especially during the covid era but every business was experiencing that. I have found the prices to be below other online companies which are only RTA cabinets. The assembly workmanship has been good and enables us to put the cabinets up in a day or two. That's fast turn around time. Our business is renovation and restoration of houses some of which are historical. These beautiful and quality cabinets are one of the major selling points of our homes! The set of cabinets we just purchased were installed in a 1000 sq ft addition to our old family farm house and they are beautiful! I shall add a picture when the back splash is finished. I have to agree with Meagan, my experience with Austin was rotten. The cabinets are ok but install was lousy. We ordered granite and he installed a completely different stone from a differ company without talking to us. Basically charging us $57 for $25 stone. Soon as we called him on it EVERYTHING stopped. In total we were without a kitchen for 5 weeks because he didn't want to fix his mess. We finally went with another granite company. I would not use him if possible. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible Worst cabinet company to work with in Tulsa. Looks like it's a franchise, owner is Austin Gullic. They only want to do the big part of the sale, nagged us to get the big payment and jobs still not finished Flash forward 7 months later and still the run around. Every childish excuse to not complete. They didn't know how many cabinet skins needed to complete the job: really who the hell did our ordering, they did! How could he not know?! Childish run around!
