We are a family of 5 with 3 kids. We've always believed in trying to make the best investments for our kids futures. When our daughter decided to attend the University of Tulsa in Oklahoma and we found out the costs of dorm housing, and everything else that goes with the college experience, we had to come up with a more affordable plan. We came up with the idea of purchasing a condo in the area and crossing our fingers that the investment will pay off by the time she graduates, otherwise it'll become a rental if she decides not to stay in the area, like a lot of students do. We did this for our son in San Diego, and it turned out to be a great investment for him to get his feet wet in the care and maintenance of his own place. It was obvious that after looking for a condo in our price range that we were going to have to remodel it over the rest of the summer for her. It needed a new kitchen and bathroom, flooring, and of course paint & all the little clean up projects. Our budget would not stretch very far after the expense of the condo purchase, so we went on a search for the mos cost effective remodeling options available. We are quality minded and wanted to make sure what we put in the place will last and be a feature that helps sell the unit when we're done with it. Kitchens and bathrooms sell homes, so we kept that in mind on our search for the best design on a budget. We already knew Home Depot and Lowes were going to be priced out of our budget for the quality we wanted, and take way too long to get. Craigslist, here we come! Right off the bat we found a discount cabinet dealer only about 5 miles away from the campus, so we called and set an appointment with Gary. Boy, does Gary know his stuff! We brought measurements from the learning video we found on the Premium Cabinets website. They made it easy from the start to get what we needed quickly and efficiently. Gary drew up our "Dream Kitchen" and we were able to decide on the spot what were "needs" and "wants" to get this project finished quickly. Long and short of it.....we now have the nicest condo on the block here. Nothing had been done to these places for over 2 decades. An unbelievable transformation! We got the cabinets for the kitchen and vanities for the bathrooms, and we did it under budget! The savings afforded us our flooring, and set in motion a bundle of savings for the entire project. Should have written this sometime ago. Can't say enough about Gary and his staff. We decide to remodel the kitchen and two bathrooms at the same time. Of course wanting to make our dollar stretch we shopped the big box stores and several cabinet makers in Tulsa. We were at our wits end at Home Depot when we found Premium Cabinets on Google. I wish we had found them first! Gary made the whole experience fun and non stressful. Gary listened to everything we wanted and provided some great suggestions, he never tried to sell us anything we did not want. He designed the perfect kitchen for us right within our price point with an outstanding product. Although we had a target date for install our tile layers and other workers where running quite behind and Gary had the hold the cabinets in his warehouse for some time. When we were ready for cabinets to be installed I made the call thinking that we would have to be put in the line up. Knowing that we had been without our kitchen and only had one working bathroom Gary put us on top of the list. This is NOT a service you will get with the big box stores! Gary's installer is a great guy who worked with all our request as the install was in progress, never left a mess at the end of the day, and was a pleasure to have in our home. I cannot say enough about the entire staff at Premium Cabinets, from Gary himself, to the deliver guys to the installer, WOW what a get business! And GREAT product. I had a very disappointing experience with Premium Cabinets in Tulsa, OK. The cabinets were installed incorrectly from the beginning, despite the company being provided with all appliance specifications upfront. The biggest issue was the cabinet around the refrigerator/freezer, which was installed too shallow and too wide. The countertops were cut to match the cabinet layout that Premium Cabinets originally installed. When they later corrected the refrigerator/freezer cabinet so the appliance would fit properly, the cabinets no longer aligned with the countertops. This resulted in significant, very noticeable gaps where the countertops do not meet the cabinets, including gaps around the dishwasher area. They did attempt to fix some of the issues, but the work remains unfinished. They sent the wrong paint match, and when I tried to touch up one of the affected areas, it was immediately obvious that the color was way off and did not match the cabinets. Since then, they have stopped responding to my requests to receive the correct paint match, leaving the job incomplete. I have been trying for over six months to get these issues fully resolved. The lack of follow-through, poor communication, and extended timelines made this an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend Premium Cabinets to anyone expecting professional installation or reliable customer service. read more

This was my sixth set of cabinets to purchase from premium over a 9 year period. The cabinets have always been great quality for the money. Austin and his staff have always been courteous, friendly and helpful. He is excellent in helping design the kitchens. There have been a few little hitches along the way, especially during the covid era but every business was experiencing that. I have found the prices to be below other online companies which are only RTA cabinets. The assembly workmanship has been good and enables us to put the cabinets up in a day or two. That's fast turn around time. Our business is renovation and restoration of houses some of which are historical. These beautiful and quality cabinets are one of the major selling points of our homes! The set of cabinets we just purchased were installed in a 1000 sq ft addition to our old family farm house and they are beautiful! I shall add a picture when the back splash is finished. Premium Cabinets supplied the cabinets for my kitchen and I could not be happier. The owner, Austin, was always available and certainly more attentive than he needed to be. He handled every obscure ask and weird request I had. I provided a CAD layout of my kitchen and he accommodated everything he could and provided super helpful comments when he could not..which was rare. He didn't even balk when I said I wanted the island cabinets to be a different color than the one on the walls. Cabinet quality is above reproach and finish is far hardier than I could have imagined. I punish my kitchen and it's held up. That was 2018. Eight. Years. Later. I manhandled a drawer (as I said I punish my kitchen) and broke a couple of rear mount brackets on the slides. No one, literally no one, has spares locally. I called Premium Cabinets. They said, "Sure. Come on by." This is the service after the sale people dream of. Again, could not be happier. read more

We found these guys through an add on Craigslist, and boy are we glad we did. Initially, I wasn't sure if I could trust the craigslist ad, I was almost positive it be another over-promise under-preform scenario. But, eventually we wound up going to see their warehouse. That put our fears to rest. The cabinets were nice plywood boxes, with many different faces to choose from and soft close hinges and drawers standard! We opted to install the cabinets ourselves and were very pleased with how square and solid the boxes were. It made installing the cabinets go quickly. The best part though, not only do these cabinets look and perform better than the big box stores cabinets- they cost less! Like a lot less. We don't have the kitchen done yet but I needed to take a second to rave about these cabinets. read more

We recently gutted our kitchen and bath and had several bids for the job. We decided on premium cabinets. They offer solid wood cabinetry, soft close drawers, hidden hinges, etc... and a variety of finishes and styles to choose from. They also offer extras that made the experience that much better! We got to customize our bathroom vanities, kitchen pantry, drawers, shelves, and our eating bar. They were extremely helpful and had great vision for our project. Everything from demolition to the finished product was extremely easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend premium cabinets if you are wanting to do a remodel with a custom touch.
