Ok, so at first I thought everything would be great, he claims to use…read moreenvironmentally safe treatments, his pricing is reasonable, and he called me back within 2 hours of a message being left. He is also NYS certified to use these chemicals. When he showed up is where the problems started. First of all, he pulled up in an unmarked SUV, and I thought he was a friend of the neighbors. Then, when he came into the house, he used the little syringe type of dispensers to place the chemicals on the corner of the windows. Guess what, the ants come from other places as well. Anyways, then he went outside and sprayed. Great. He then gave me a receipt and told me that in 2 months, he would call, or I could call him for re-application. That raised a red flag - who calls whom? Then he said that if we have any issues, to call him back in a week, and he would come and re-apply. Needless to say - we have issues, and 3 phone calls later, and 4 days, he has yet to call back. I give up, and am moving on. Chalking this up to a loss. Next time I will use a credit card so that way when someone doesn't show up like promised, I can dispute the transaction. Thanks for nothing JAMES!

To come back to remove the trap was an additional $80. Why wasn't the first removal included in initial cost? I understood it was an extra charge for EACH squirrel caught, but the first removal should be part of the initial cost. I regret calling Jack for deceptive pricing.
