Let me tell you a our experience with this company to save you the pain that we have gone through hiring them. First of all, they took advantage of an elderly person and should be ashamed of themselves. 4.2.18 - Grandmother called for a quote to empty septic tank and have inspected. She was quoted by Ken that it would be no more than 600.00 for job. 4.3.18 - Crew came out to do job in the morning to dig hole. Company showed up later to drain septic tank and inspect which took no more than 25 minutes. Then my grandmother is handed a bill for 1200.00 by Ken and was absolutely shocked as she was quoted 600.00 over the phone. She said "you told me no more than 600" he said the 600 was just for digging the hole and did not include emptying the septic ( Ken failed to mention this over the phone - SHAME ON YOU for your lack of integrity and misleading sales tactics!!) 4.4.18 - They came back to "fill the hole" and ruined the yard, dug up the grass, and left a dirt mound. We tried to call and get resolution and Kens response "hire a landscaper" this is the worst experience we have ever had and plan on contacting the better business bureau. Prior septic companies we have worked with were always professional, cut our grass in a square and carefully put grass back and were half the cost. The end of the story? Ken hung up on me when I asked if they could fix my yard. The worst company ever. Do not hire them!! read more

I wish there were a way to make sure potential customers read these reviews. We had AAA pump our septic for a house sale. They told us there were some roots in the pipes but they were able to complete the job. Three months later we get a call from the buyers telling us that they had sewer backup. They had opened up the tank and found that it was FULL of solid waste that had solidified over the years. Another company said this could only happen if the tank had not been properly pumped for at least 10 years. I called AAA and still have to hear back from them. Hopefully, going on Facebook will reach enough people to let them know what to expect. read more

Absolutely DO NOT USE!!!!!!! They are not COVID compliant! A rip off service. I almost canceled them when male made offensive comment before arriving. 2 unmasked men got out of the truck and said let me see this first before parking. They said that pipe is not usable and asked who did you talk to at the office. Then they said we can't do anything here today, took a photo and said but there is a charge. They charged $295! Absolute rip off! Certainly are not professional and are not service essential if they don't even offer any advice, but charge outlandish fee. I should have read the reviews, my bad! read more

This company is HORRIBLE! We contacted this company to clear a blockage between out sewer clean-out and the Town's sewer line, about 15 feet away. Ken claims to have broken his drain clearing snake about 100' down the drain line and is seeking reimbursement from us. But the blockage was less than 20' away Ken..... By the way, the blockage that broke his tool was flush-able baby wipes. Does not seem right to me. I'm a carpenter, and if I were to break my hammer on a job, I would never bill for it. On top of it, he spent an hour going on and on and on about how what we really needed to to was to go inside my house, remove the closest toilet and then snake the drain from there which makes zero sense as the clog was about 80' "down-stream" from the nearest toilet in my house. When the bill came it shows an extra $105 charge for the hour he spent blathering nonsense to me. I refused to pay that portion of the bill, now he is threatening to place a lien on my property!!!! This is the worst contractor I have ever experienced in my life! Never, never, NEVER hire this company no mater how urgent you situation is! read more

I guess there is not enough competition to foster customers first approach. I had an appointment scheduled three weeks in advance and they were a no show. Only after I called did I find there were not coming. We rescheduled for the next day and then again did not show up. Another call and was told something came up and would be out at noon. There was no consideration if noon was going to work for me. Unfortunately a long scheduled doctor appointment conflicted and I could not accommodate the change. They offered to come when I was not home. God only know what they would have done to the lawn and yard I'd not here to monitor. I said thanks but no thanks. read more
