I was thrilled he was able to come the same day yet worried about what the problem was going to be and how much this was going to cost me. . He had worked all day and it was dark when he arrived but I was so glad to see him! He got straight to work, was very kind, professional, and obviously knew what he was doing. This review is a little late in coming but it has been on our mind ever since Mr. Henson came and rescued us from a drain problem in October 2018. He and his helper Butch came on time and pretty well got things done on a late afternoon / evening. There was one more thing that he wanted to do and he needed to come back the next morning which they did and now the stool, washer, and all sinks and tubs run slick as a whistle. Not only was Jim prompt but he knows his job and has all of the equipment to do the job no matter how big or small. This company was assigned through my home warranty, but I would not select them if I was calling a contractor on my own. They scheduled an appointment with us for a Saturday morning and then no called and no showed. After an hour called and the guys wife answered and said that she didn't know where he was. We waited another hour and called again and she still said that she didn't know where he was at. We called our warranty company back to tell them he was a no show who then told us that they weren't able to come out until Monday. Never heard from the company again. Would not recommend read more
