Change to a lesser resort, or, even better, add another day to my reservation, pay more, and she would let the hotel know I'd be arriving a date late... Stay away!

This Travel agency is the worst I have encountered. The owners enable their agents to do wrong. We…read morethought we where doing the right thing to choose a agency, which came highly recommended, to book our very first Cruise. We are well traveled, and are familiar what to look for when booking vacations, thus, wanting to make sure all goes well on this first cruise. I contacted this agency via facebook, telling them that this is our first cruise and we would like to hire them to take care of us. Well, needless to say, we where anything but being taken care of, but being kicked to the curb, instead of making things right. The name of the company alone should have weaned me of, as clearly they are used to booking Disney trips to young families. I have a very bitter aftertaste, after lots of tears of frustrations with this agency, which is not easy to get me this point, being a military wife for almost 30yrs. We where not informed of very important information witch cost us additional $1000 to this already expensive 7 day cruise. We are now working directly with Royal Caribbean Cruise line, after Be Our Guest Travel agency collected all funds, including their fees. Do not book with this agency unless you want to throw you money away for a service you can do online on your own.
