I've had coverage with this company for over 2 years paying a high monthly rate that included…read moretowing. However, when I broke down and was stranded in chapel hill I was told my coverage would get me out of the parking garage and that was it. I had to borrow 350.00 to get home. Then a week ago I was sent forms for a different policy/ company increasing my rate to 186.00 a month. Supposedly, I have accidents or tickets on my record....I have no accidents, no tickets, not even a parking citation. I am now going to Geico getting the same coverage at 124.00 a month. So, my recommendation is to not use this company that provides poor customer service, expensive policies, and agents who only care about the money bottom line! And yes, I'm now happy to say I have AAA so I know that no matter what I will be able to safely get home if my car breaks down. Shop around folks! There are better companies out there! Just saying.
