They are into harassing their clients big time. They try to get you to buy their insurance even…read morethough you may have your own. They sent a letter saying without proof of insurance they would automatically charge you for insurance - Not sure how this is legal. I had to get my insurance company to fax them a copy of policy, they would not accept my word or my copy!!!??? If you are one day late on payment they charge you $50 late fee. My check was sent by my bank a week in advance and bc of the Labor Day holiday was one day late. They would not take back the late fee even though I showed them a statement from my bank showing the day the payment was mailed. I do not recommend them and we will be pulling our stuff out.

We used Secure Self Storage for 14 months while our house was being built. We visited occasionally to check on things and move things around and always found the units to be tight and secure. Barb worked with us when the move-out date was iffy so that we did not have to pay for another full month. She recommended two good movers, one of which we hired and they were terrific. (Mary's Touch). We would completely recommend Secure Self Storage.
