I provided detailed written instructions upfront to make the process simple and straightforward. Despite that, the owner/employee/business/ (Charlie) repeatedly asked for mock-ups and clarifications that were already included in my original message. Trying to be helpful, I took extra time to create another mock-up--something the business could have easily provided themselves for feedback. After several days of back-and-forth and wasted effort, I finally received an email simply saying, "We decline, sorry." This was an incredibly poor customer service experience and a complete waste of time on both sides. I would not recommend this business and would encourage others to support local businesses that actually value their customers and know how to communicate professionally.

The final shirt gave exactly what I was hoping for and made our experience so much better. They have an online presence where you can see a variety of examples. They have an onsite location where you can see examples, place your order and pick up. They will make 2 mockups for you for $25 each. The only area they can improve on, based on my experience, is the follow up with the communication. I didn't think that I was going to get my shirts in time because it took forever to get the final design mockup that was representing what I asked for. I would've rather spoken to the artist directly the first time to share my vision. Instead I had to tell it to the front store manager who passed it on to them and maybe some information got left out or wasn't explained like how I did. But either way we eventually got it right and I was so happy.
