I was also informed, if we bought new shirts, we would have to pay the $10 print fee?!? They stated, "You don't have to pay the $30 setup fee." Your company ruined two shirts and you're making us pay to have new shirts reprinted? Plus, you will not pay for the shirts your company ruined?! This doesn't sound like good business practice to me. I am highly disappointed in your customer support. We've ordered shirts through your company for some time now and I don't feel comfortable continuing business with this type of business practice. He did tell me he was going on vacation and would get on it as soon as he returned. Well that was aonth ago and still no letters. I called several times to follow up and each time I was told they would be here in 7 to 10 days. Now if they are arriving in that time frame you would think they were ordered. I found out in Thursday they were never ordered. Because Balfour has a minimum order requirement. So they over promised and under delivered. This is bad business I am very disappointed. I always try to support small businesses but Mr. Walter you have to do better. I would have preferred you just be honest with me.
