Then the lease manger tried to sneak in mechanical breakdown on the loan. If I didn't question the 1000 he would have gotten away with it. Did not receive signed loan paperwork. Requested it several times. To top it off I requested my plates be mailed to me FedEx so I didn't have to go back there. Their title department sent them via regular mail. Still waiting to receive them. Positive note. Car is great. Even minus the option.
