THE WORST! I wrote a long Google review but to sum it up. My car was sitting , battery was jumped to take it to this shop for brakes, rotors and to check my front suspension. After inspection they informed me the control arms and belts were bad as well as my calipers. I went to buy all my parts at autozone because this shop had over 100% markup on the parts ( I have receipts). I get my car back and now my speedometer doesn't work, and my dash is litt up like a Christmas tree . I explained the concern to the manager and without even coming outside to look at the car he blames the dead battery. Now if a car dies and u jump it and don't recharge the battery of course it will die again. The problem with my car is due to a damaged speed sensor as another mechanic informed me. Also I can't forget the manager informed me I needed an alignment after I did the control arms. I did the alignment and as picking up the car I was informed my wheels weren't road safe. So This manager knew it didn't make sense me getting an alignment without changing my tires but I'm assuming because the shop is slow most of the time with just cars in the lot to make them look busy he was going to rip me off. My steering came back tight but I'm assuming it's because the control arms and the suspension problem I've had when I took the van in is all still there . The clicking when I turn the wheel and the knocking when I drive so I'm reality maybe I didn't even need control arms and they ripped me off there as well. So now I spent over $1200 in labor and my van is worst than when I originally took it . All I was told is change the battery then bring it back . My current battery reads at 14.3 volts and starts up fine , no check engine light on the "old van" as the manager called in even though it's a 2018. I guess it's easier to talk down on someone's car to help overlook the fact that your shop messed it up. Or maybe damaged it more so I could bring it back so they can charge me more hourly rates at $155 per hour. Overall I thought this was a trustworthy shop but clearly I was wrong. They didn't even try to make right afterwards but that would involve admitting fault and you know that's hard for most men to do. I came all the way from Quakertown, Pennsylvania, and dropped my car off at Puleo's to determine what the rattling sound was from underneath. Not only did they identify and fix the issue at a reasonable cost, they reviewed my entire car and provided me with their professional inspection comments. I paid them to do work that they didn't do! I was 18 at the time and needed work done on my 2006 pt cruiser! This place had good reviews and since I'd taken it to multiple places that wanted to overcharge me, when I heard their rates I went with them. At first they seemed great super nice and stuff but when I got the car back the check engine light was gone but not the issue. I went back and forth with them until I had to go to the police to file a police report and then the bank to dispute the charge. Absolutely do not use these guys they are scammers who only prey on the elderly which is almost all of their clientele! read more

As 5 is the limit, it is my only available option, although more stars are warranted. I never meet either individual at the auto shop and have no prior knowledge of the business. I pulled in at 3:10 on a Friday hoping to leave the car for a possible appointment on Saturday. I was greeted like a friend. I though perhaps I know these guys but dont recall how, but that was not the case. They said they were closed on Saturdays but would look at it today in a little bit. I though OK, B.S. its lat Friday nobody is looking at this. They immediatley came out and photoed my vin number and enquired about the proble. The left front suddenly began to squeal and bang and thud to the point that heads turned in my direction while driving. Within 2 1/2 hours I got a call. Brakes in front were bad and needed attention, OK, sounded realistic. However my left caliber had somehow shook free of its mount bolt and was banging around, causing the noise. He said he call the auto parts store but they did not have stock. Then to my surprise I am informed he searched through parts pails around the shop and found a matching bolt, therefore solving the issie. Car repaired, very fair price, paid by phone, keys and detaild invoince left in vehicle for me to pick whenever I wanted. Stopped short of screaming and running around the yatd..simply said thank you and picked up the car in an hour. Great people, honest mechanics and truelly treated like a friend. Will no don't return. I do not write reviews because I find most service businesses completing bare minimium and being less than an enjoyable experience, not all, don't want to sound like a cry baby all about me type of person, but most businesses.
