This is a lousy insurance company and if I was you I would probably go with a better one like state farm or any other insurance company that's going to stand by you when you need them. My vehicle was at a collision center for approximately 50 plus days without being touched because Michael failed to submit appropriate timely documents for the the progress of the vehicle. When I tried to talk to him about the delays, he was so nonchalant. He said it has nothing to do with him. When I called the collision center the estimator was able to provide authentic prove that it was not on him. Michael released document to the collision center for the progress just after he said he had nothing to do with the delay. I was able to see this prove from the collision center. I tried to call and speak to his supervisor, Paul, which turned out to be disastrous. He dispelled what I was saying to him by not allowing me to talk, sharp tone and he was very subjective to Michael. He wants to verify what I was saying but tells me Michael would not do anything I complained about. Obviously he already knew the situation from Michaels end and had his preconceived notion. By the time I called the supervisors at Allentown's corporate office, only one person I was able to communicate with after multiple voice messages, and he already got the news and was telling me what he was told already by Paul. This is not the way to represent a company! All the lies (adjusting email, everyone protecting each other, not listening to the customer and genuinely don't care about the customer ). I am sure more people will complain until the company takes a stand. Disturbed!!

Worst home insurance company ever!!! I would've thought that a company with the Berkshire Hathaway…read morename would conduct business better than the experience that I went through. There was a hailstorm in our area in 2024. I witnessed literally every neighbor on the side of me, in the back, in the front and throughout the neighborhood get new roofs. But somehow our roof was not approved. Not to mention I submitted a claim back in October that did not get settled until March. The lack of communication and status updates was egregious. I had to constantly reach out to the property adjuster after weeks of no communication. They sent two engineers to our home to look at the roof and somehow they determined that the damage was not sufficient enough for replacement. And to top it off, a few months later, we were notified they would no longer cover our home and we were being transferred to another company. If I could give this company 5 negative stars, I would. And that wouldn't be enough. As a customer, you pay these insurance companies so much money every month, but then they want to find every reason not to pay you when they are needed. I would never recommend Berkshire Hathaway - Guard to any family, friend, or stranger.
