Honestly, not pleased with my service. My mom and dad both…read morepaid nearly 700 dollars for my incars. I thought the experience would be better considering we were almost paying 1,000 dollars. First of all, they always ran out of time. I scheduled all of my incar appointments from 11-1, sometimes the instructor would not be at my school until 1110, and sometimes I would not get back to school until 130, leaving me to miss a lot of class. Secondly, we must discuss Tom. Tom was very weird. Kept calling me "sis" and i'm not the only girl he'd done that too. Weird nudges on the arm. Weird shit like that here and there. He cussed in almost every sentence, and was so rude to me. At one point I had to defend myself just so he'd shut up. I made a minor mistake on the road and he kept bringing it up over and over and said he "didn't understand why i would make a dumb mistake like that." That seems to be common though, everyone is using Covid as a good excuse for bad customer service. We were told to expect five more weeks (even though we were 3+ weeks into the initial 5 week wait prior to shut down) to get our daughter in the car. It ended up only being three. Her instructor Vernon was solid and instructive. We were pleased with his part, which in the end is the most important part. Bottom line: Since every kid is required by law to use these "schools" they don't have to work for your business. They can pull premium dollars (and this place does) and give minimum customer care. If you do use AAAA, ask for Vernon as your instructor. Updating my 1 star rating to a 3 star (because we're through this mess and my daughter is now a licensed driver ). I would give Vernon a 5 star. I've heard lots of bad things about in car instructors not giving instruction, being on their phone etc. Vernon was attentive and gave several good tips and advice. We appreciated him. So frustrated with this place right now. Registered our daughter in February to begin in car. The wait to get started was five weeks. We were told we had to send the money in to get on the schedule. Fine. Our check was cashed upon receipt February 25... that was a little weird. Then everything shut down with the COVID-19 issue and there had been NO communication. No emails. No phone calls. No way to reach anyone as there are no voicemails being taken. They have our money and won't even give us the courtesy of communicating with us. Ridiculous.

I have spent many hours and taking thousands of pictures using the "auto" mode, but I knew I could do better! After my initial meeting and describing to Malinda of the may issues I had taking pictures, she told me how to use the S mode and P mode in the most simplistic form , that when I came home to used what I had learned, I was happily surprised to see what an improvement my photos were coming out! I was pleased that I no longer needed editing apps or anything! After a couple of more lessons abs my never ending questions, Malinda was always there to answer and guide me through the process!
