And I wouldn't say it's overcooked but it's definitly not at all on the cardboardy side which is really something I appreciate. The flavors are all there. They're rich and bright and not at all overwhelming. Definitely good barbecue. Pork not your thing? There's fish and chicken and squid and longanisa too. But it does take a bit for your food to get to you though. If I'd hazard a guess, I'd probably say it was because they cook it the minute you order it so... maybe it isn't a bad thing? Pair your street food with some refreshing buko juice, and you'll understand why this is a UP student's standard meal. It's not just cheap; it's actually really good! The stalls moved from the empty lot right across Law to the one next to it. The old location is now a parking lot, and while the new one allows several cars to park as well, the ground is much more uneven and rocky. Girls, leave your heels at home!

Talagang awesome. Three Sisters has been an institution in Kapitolyo way before Kapitolyo became a popular food hub. Think 70s. This restaurant was built on the tender, smokey deliciousness of its pork and chicken barbeques. My God, those barbeques. When I was still living in Kapitolyo, it wasn't an unusual thing for me to buy two barbeques, then walk around the neighborhood while chomping on to them. I didn't care. Three Sisters used to be located close to the intersection, in a structure that has seen better days. However, they have since moved to a new joint that is brighter, airy, and snazzier. It's only Php99 (2.11USD)! On Fridays and Saturdays, the same promo is Php168 (3.58USD); just stick to the weekdays! In the promo mechanics, you have to order a "pulutan" that will cost you about Php200 (4.26USD). But, still, all the beer you can drink for Php99. Looove it! It is such an awesome deal. I know that they just started this promo in September 2015. So far, they've kept extending it and I hope they will keep on extending it! :D About the food, it's your typical pinoy bar food. From the time they open until the time they close, there are people lined up ready to buy fishballs, siomai, BBQ, balut and other Filipino street-food. Some choose to eat it there. Others opt to take it home with them. The people who go to this shop walk or bike over. Some send their maids to order for them. Most who come here, cause traffic because their cars are all over the road. But everyone comes here because it's clean, the food is good and really cheap. The service is fast and they don't forget your orders. I almost forgot. There's also store here that sells drinks. So after you've had your fill of street-food, you can order some drinks.

The barbeque is also super tender and because they grill it for a while before handing the stick to you, the meat isn't hard to bite on. I literally could have this anytime of the day! While waiting for my mom inside the car, I got hungry and saw this barbeque stand in the parking area. I ordered one stick of their barbeque just to try it out and ended up buying a dozen for our dinner that night. Just like how they branded their barbeques, it was indeed delicious. Sadly when Cherry Foodarama closed down and was replaced by S&R, Maya's Delicious Barbeque also had to relocate and I'm glad that they relocated somewhere still near my area. You can order a small or big one for less than 50 pesos per stick. I love that they intertwine the pork and fat in one stick. The marinade they use is superb and the pork is tender. If you're on the hunt for good barbeques, do drop by Pioneer Centers parking lot and get some Maya's.
