John Aleman however, does not feel a need to return his customers calls, help his customers with their rates or even acknowledge them. I called on Friday at 5:20 and the office was closed (even though on their website, building and even corporate State Farm that my call was forwarded to said they did not close until 6 pm). So the corporate agent on Friday tried to get a hold of Mr. Aleman's office and was unable to do so, so they left a message for Mr. Aleman to call me on Saturday. I never received a call. By the middle of the day on Monday I had still not received a call. I called the office and received the answering machine yet again. Mr. Aleman obviously doesn't care about his clients and is terrible with customer service. I love State Farm but would NEVER recommend this agent if you want anyone to answer the phone or help you.

I did make a reservation and they had me in, in 3 minutes flat. Without was about 15 minutes. On my lat visit, I had to renew my license. I called and asked what I needed to bring, and was told "Nothing but the Drivers License." I arrived and was told that I needed proof of residency an my passport or birth certificate. Maybe this was for the Real ID requirements. I went home, came back and waited, this time without a reservation. Still it wasn't too bad. In the end, they have always gotten the job done quickly. It sure beats the alternative!

He was so filled with rage. He yelled at the clerks and demanded immediate attention, complaining that he scheduled an appointment and had to wait behind "yours truly" here. Funny, if he wasn't so angry, he could have figured this out himself but wouldn't listen when I told him the MVD is down the street and this is a private company. It's not the employee's fault that a private company decided to purchase down the street from the real MVD. People like that make the experience terrible for everyone. The service was excellent and got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. They answered all my questions and it was well worth it for me.
