I asked them if they used oem parts. They said no. When doing my own research I found that the parts they quoted me on were more expensive than oem. (Always use OEM). Anyways I took it to a trusted shop in my hometown and they found nothing wrong w my motor mounts or my oil housing leaking. I fixed the oil leak for 50 cents. At the end of the day don't go here if you're not a local they know and will rinse your pockets.

Her car was taken to another oil change place that severily overtightened the oil pan drain plug causing the car to leak A LOT of oil. I explained to Brody that I had already been rebuilding the front frame of the car and I rather not do an inspection (The car had already been serviced by a mechanic that inspected the car & informed me of what needed to be done) I only wanted to have the parts and labor priced or give me an estimate on what It may cost. Brody insisted on me bringing the car in which I agreed and informed him my work schedule is 7 days a week 12/13 hour shifts. I came to Midas today at 8:05 A.M sharp. I left the car with them for an INSPECTION. 8AM-4:25PM my car sat ! No service had been done what so ever. Even after having my car all day I still left with unanswered questions and no inspection. I left and I called and brody stated he would give me a call back in ten minutes with an estimate and thats still did not happen. I wouldn't recommend this shop for any services.

But I called Deal's on the morning of the 4th, and explained the situation, and not only were they open, they were able to see me right away and check out the car, despite it being a national holiday. Dropped the car off using night drop. Karen called early the next morning and let me know what was found. She asked if the car hit a curb. I confirmed yes.
