I posted "Usually I would have nothing but praise for this store but today the customer service I received was shocking. The Godparents name on the candle I ordered for my sons Christening was not just mispelt it was a completely different last name. When we rung up, there was literally nothing they could do apart from order a new candle at "our" expense which we wouldnt even have back in time for the Christening. Wasnt offered a refund and not even a sorry was given. Sales person blamed us as she spelt out names...but she did not spell out all the of names just my sons..one of the godparent first names as there was an i in it and the name of the church. The last name that she got wrong doesnt even sound alike"

The flowers we ordered did not arrive. What arrived was a mix of flowers they already had in store,…read morethat did not represent the picture on their site. They claimed it was due to mixed communication and they had delivered a different bunch from their website, but the flowers did not look like that picture either, but were a mishmash of what they obviously had in the shop at the time. I would not have chosen the bunch they delivered. We received a negative response by the owner and told we would need to collect and return flowers by hand, from the hospital to get a refund (even though we are in Dublin and the mistake was theirs). Always check that what you have ordered has been delivered as per the order; the web page does not represent what they actually deliver.

My card wouldn't go through (security hold due to the international transaction) and even though I had to hang up to ring my bank to get the hold removed and she had no guarantee she'd ever hear from me again, Karen was warm and helpful, not to mention patient. I had high hopes for The Daisy Chain in Omagh as I walked into the shop as the layout of the shop…read moreis welcoming and artistic. However I found there was a problem with the some of the members of staff who worked there. I found that one of the older members of staff was incredibly rude, unprofessional and bad mannered. As on that day I was in a rush, I needed flowers quickly, and the level of service that was provided by that particular older woman was dismal. If this woman shows this much lack of respect to her customers, I can only dread to think what she treats her fellow employees like. It was a great shame, as the shop could have had so much potential, and its only redeeming quality was the friendly younger members of staff who worked there. I hope that this woman changes her attitude to customers, as I cannot see this shop surviving for that much longer in this current economic climate. In fact the only reason I see it surviving at the moment is due to the younger members of staff propping up the good service that this shop needs.

I used Interflora to get three bunches of flowers on seperate occasions. They used Daisy Chain on…read moreall 3 occasions and on each occasion they sent the wrong types and colours of flowers. I made a complaint to Interflora and they apologised for the inconvience and said that they would send another bunch of flowers on the Saturday. Saturday came and went and we decided to ring the Daisy Chain to see where the flowers were. When we rang them they were rude and said they had no intention of delivering any flowers. I decided to ring Interflora to make a formal complaint. After 10 minutes they rang back to say they had been in contact and flowers would be sent within half an hour. Half an hour later and the flowers did arrive but not by the Daisy Chain but by Dobbins. From the phone conversation we had assumed that the Daisy Chain was going to deliver but in their stubborness, they obviously refused. I will never ever deal with this florists again.
