Setting up an appointment was simple. I chose the photo package, date and time, and received a confirmation with all the details. I also received reminders as well as details on where the studio was, and where to park. Aaron's studio is in a historic building among other artists. It is open and well-lit, and is tastefully furnished. Aaron was very welcoming and he showed me the ordering process. Everything was straight to the point, with no hidden fees. In the studio, Aaron explained the process and showed me the various backdrops and lights. I noticed that he uses new and high-tech equipment which simplifies the process, while still maintaining good outcome. Aaron would stop to show me the shots and already I could tell they were going to be good. He's very accommodating and allowed me to change my outfits a couple of times. He also suggested a few poses that elongated my neck and hid some unwanted features -- which I was grateful for. The online gallery was ready within a day and I was very impressed with the photos. There were almost 80 photos, which I could download without watermark for social media. I also chose 3 to retouch (comes with the photo package that I selected) and I ordered a couple other extra photos. They were ready within a couple days. All downloaded with ease online.
