I ordered a jumper and it arrived today! the setup went well but once they had left, and we began to use it the jumper seemed to be a little low on air. I called and within 30 minutes they came and fixed the problem. Best price i could find around OC for a jumper with a slide and great customer service!

The perfect iron man jumper for my Iron man loving boy! Communication was great from the start to end . Day of event : Showed up when they said they were between 730-830. 714 Jumpers is by far the most professional and cleanest bouncer company we've ever rented from. The staff is so nice, attentive, and very communicative. On delivery day, they took meticulous car in leaf blowing the area under the bouncer before putting it down, inflating and setting it up, securing it, and then even wiping down every surface of the bouncer to leave it pristine and clean for us to use. I was very impressed and highly recommend them. read more

I decided to go with 714 Jumpers after scouring Yelp reviews and checking websites for pricing. I have used them twice so far and each time was super smooth. Once was just a jumper and the second was a jumper and chairs. Reservations are super easy through their website and you can make payment through there as well. Each time I've gotten email and text confirmation of my orders and pick up/ drop off texts as well. They've reached out each time to give a window and have been pretty prompt. I doubt I'll use anyone else for rentals. read more

Very very professional. I used this company and really liked them. I booked online and they texted me about all the booking info and confirmation. Then the day before the party they texted me they eta for the day of. Then on the day of they came and set up and cleaned the bounce house. Then came to pick it up right on time. Downfall you can't get deposit back but on the plus side, they were great communicating with me trying to find a solution. The best place to get your jumpers! These jumpers/water slides are durable and clean. We've gotten the water slides twice, and adults have a ton of fun on them too. Customer service is top notch. They come and set everything up for you super quick and pick them up quick too. Easy to communicate with, and I love how they have all their inventory on a website for you to view, along with the dimensions of the product and how much space you'll need for it. I won't rent from any other company! read more

I wanted to update my review. We had 2 bounce houses from 2 different companies for our July 4th event. 714 Jumpers went above and beyond the other company. They provided a tarp, cones, and a sign for their bounce house. The other company provided neither. We actually had to put a small tarp down in front of the other one ourselves since we saw how useful having one was. Next time, I will try to book further in advance so I can make sure all of our jumper needs are done by 714 Jumpers. read more

Larry and his team were awesome! I have tried several jump house companies and 714 Jumpers is by far the best I have used. Great price, great quality, and great customer service! They have a nice selection of jumpers, and other party items; they even have an option to set up a space for littles with a small bounce house. We rented a large Connect Four game, tables, chairs, small bounce house, and big bounce house with slide. Everything we rented was very clean and in great condition. Larry was also wonderful to talk to during the rental process as he helped answer all my questions making it easier to make my decision for what I wanted to rent with the space I had. The delivery was seamless, they were thoughtful about where they plugged everything in and how everything was set up to ensure everyone's safety. 1000% recommend this company to everyone. Larry was so amazing and professional. I called the day before my daughter'a bday party because the company I hired canceled on us last minute and I panicked and started calling different people and no one had jumpers and tables available because of how last minute it was, but Larry said yes right away and said he would be here no problem. The party was a success and the kids had so much fun in the jumper! They played basketball in there and went on the slide! Best jumper ever! The best company I have ever hired for a party!!! Larry and his crew are amazing! Very polite and helpful. I even asked if they could move the slide a different way after they had already finished and they did it no questions asked with smiles on their faces. They even noticed that we had a flat tire on our car in the front yard and a man in his crew offered to fix it for me. They are so sweet, efficient, and flexible. Highly recommend. *****Best jumper rental experience hands down. Best prices, best crew, extremely helpful and pleasant. They were so nice to the dog and the 5 year olds. We ordered a huge slide and the kids loved it. When we unplugged it to wait before the party it deflated into the neighbor's yard. I called them to help and they came right back, fixed it and made adjustments. This is the last jumper place you will ever need to call. On a whim, I called 714 Jumpers on Super Bowl Sunday, which happened to also be my daughter's birthday party to see if they had any jumpers available. Larry answered and was so pleasant to speak with. He had a combo slide at a great price available and said he could deliver it in an hour. I said GREAT!! He was going to make the birthday girls very happy. Not even 45 mins later, Larry arrived and saved the day. Jumper was in good condition and was cleaned/sanitized at delivery. The first negative experience happened in 2025 during a surprise baby shower for my BFF. A slumber party-themed movie night. I rented several items, including a very simple white bench. TWO days before the event, Elia Trejo (who had taken my order two months earlier) called to say the bench I had reserved and already paid for was no longer available. Her solution? "Take a look at our inventory and pick something else." Well... they didn't have another bench. The closest thing that fit my event was the only neutral-colored couch they had. The alternative? No seating and having my very pregnant BFF and several ladies over the age of 55 sitting on the floor. Here's the fun part: the couch cost $265 more than the bench I originally rented, and because they didn't have anything comparable at the price I'd already paid, Elia insisted I cover the difference. I'm sorry... what? You call me TWO days before my event because you can't honor our contract, then expect me to pay hundreds of dollars more for the replacement? Pure delusion. After multiple phone calls explaining what "taking responsibility for your mistake" looks like, they finally honored the original price. But I spent the two days leading up to my event glued to my phone and unnecessarily stressed over a problem I didn't create. The second headache (aka the caca show): my dad's surprise 60th. We rented several items, including two 20x20 marquee tents. The invoice? Around $1,500. Not exactly pocket change. When I emailed Elia Trejo in early May, I clearly requested same-day delivery, setup, teardown, and pickup for our June 6th event. One week before the party, I was told same-day delivery would cost an additional $175. Fine, I agreed to pay it. A few days later, someone else from the office called to say they couldn't offer same-day delivery after all... even with the extra fee. My only option? A weekend delivery (Friday-Sunday) which alone cost me $375.00. With only 4 days before my event, I agreed to the weekend delivery. They promised they'd call with a Friday delivery window... they never did. After chasing them down for TWO days, I finally got a timeframe: Friday, 7-9pm. Not ideal, but fine. So I drove to my grandma's (aka the "venue") and waited. 7pm... nothing. 8pm... nothing. 9pm... nothing. By 9:30pm I couldn't even call the office because they're closed after 5pm and on weekends. I called Elia's number from the contract, left a voicemail, and at 10pm the driver finally called saying they were on their way (coincidence? ‍). They arrived around 10:30pm, finished setting up the tents after midnight, then realized they didn't have my full order. They forgot FOUR 8-foot tables... enough seating for 40 people. Their solution? "We'll bring them tomorrow morning. Don't stress." Saturday morning... we're still waiting for our tables. We are stressed - the party starts at 11am. I spent the morning calling the office, Elia's personal number, and even the delivery driver's number from the night before. Nothing. No answers. No callbacks. No delivery truck. No tables. In one last desperate plea, I DM'd the company on Instagram, practically begging for help because our party was starting in less than two hours. Somehow... they responded to the DM. Who would've thought social media would be the most reliable way to reach a party rental company? Our tables showed up one hour before guests arrived. Thanks, media team. ‍ This is pure unnecessary stress. The lack of communication, organization, and overall quality from Yenni's is a joke. Parties are stressful enough, why add such bs to your clients plate this way? I'd like to mention that every time I was able to speak to someone - I heard the typical runaround "we are so busy, it's busy season, our weekends are so busy with weddings" If you are so busy.. why did you accept my order? Why did you take my money if my order wasn't a priority? Either stop taking orders and honor the orders you have or hire additional delivery drivers and trucks to keep up with the orders you are saying yes to. A note for the business owner: the lack of communication and organization from Elia Trejo is the reason you are losing me as a client (a regular, repeated customer) I'd consider reevaluating the people you have in charge of your delivery schedule and email correspondence. I'd also like to suggest a working phone number on the weekends.. it's insane to not have a contact number available on the days ya'll are "busiest" with deliveries. For the sake of all parties across Orange County and Los Angeles, do better or close up shop.

I recently rented a jumper for my child's birthday, and I was incredibly impressed with both the pricing and the customer service. The rates were very reasonable, and the customer service was by far the best I've ever encountered from a party rental company. I had to change the party date on very short notice, and they were more than accommodating, even going so far as to deliver the rental a day early, free of charge. On the day of delivery, the team that dropped off the jumper was friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. I'm guessing they were the owners because of how invested they were in making sure everything went smoothly. They took the time to explain everything before leaving, which was a nice touch. The communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. When I reached out on the day of the event about using the jumper with water due to the warm weather, they responded immediately with clear instructions. After this experience, I'll no longer rely on Yelp for jumper rentals--I'll be reaching out to them every time. This is my favorite place to rent jumpers. The owner Larry brought it earlier than expected and he did it quick. Larry is very patient and polite with his customers as well. His family brings it clean and they bring it with a smile. There is no other place that I would rent jumpers from. Besides renting jumpers, I also rented chairs and tables, which are very sanitized. At my party I also rented cotton candy machines, popcorn machine, and a snow cone machine. When they came to drop it off, there was a family with happiness. The kids had the most fun in their life, but at the same time they had a safe time. This is definitely a family business and they always work as a team. Absolutely thrilled with the service from 714jumpers! Larry and his team were exceptionally professional, ensuring every detail was addressed to guarantee a safe and fun play area. The waterslide and bounce house were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The kids had an absolute blast with the waterslide and mini pool, resulting in a day full of fun and laughter.
