It took me a little while to finally give him the approval to start. But he responded very quickly when we did approve, and he completed the work well beyond my expectations. I recently took a chance with this company that I knew nothing about. I needed a small brick job(an…read moreaddition to an old stairway) and I was concerned that no one would want to bother with it. I called and was able to speak with Juan right away (no answering service.) He stated that no job is too small. He sent Hector in a very clean, big truck to see the job, then sent a quote right away. We thought the quote was fair. He sent Hector with samples of brick and then grout within a few days of my first call to do the job. When Gabriel arrived with the products to do the job, together we decided I had picked the wrong grout color so I called Juan and he had Gabriel go back and get another color. (5 trips total to my house) Gabriel completed the excellent job within a few hours, keeping everything clean. He even helped me touch up a few other needed spots with grout.
