Believe the negative reviews you read about Jacob Pierce, Richard Pierce, TN Paving Pros, and all known aliases. Everyone working here is in on the con. *Upon the first day of investigation we discovered they change their DBA (doing business as name)frequently. Their business address is is associated with "Dickson Paving Pros" "Franklin Paving Pros" "Richard Paving" & "We Pave" Jacob came out to do the driveway and communicated with my father that there was a warranty on the work. The "work" did not last one week. The rains came and the driveway literally dissolved. There are rivets, cracks, and crumbling everywhere. It is absolutely abysmal workmanship. The driveway is now in worse condition than before he touched it. He clearly used a cheap material and faulty methods then unloaded it on our driveway. Jacob was contacted within the timeframe for the warranty. He gaslit an aging couple and told them he was "coming after church". He did not show. Then he said he "was sick" and would be back later. He did not show up. This has been months of him saying he is coming but never shows up. Excuse after excuse. Lie after lie. It has become clear that he takes the money, does property damage, and runs. Then in some cases, blames the customer when they report or share a negative review. Jacob is a by all definition, a criminal and conman. He is not running a legitimate business. He has been reported to the Better Business Bureau and has a D- rating. He has poor reviews on Angie's List, Yelp, Google, social media, and other review platforms. My aging parents did not know to check these platforms before hiring. Jacob and company prey on vulnerable members of the community. At this point, we have no choice but to seek legal counsel, so if anyone wants to join in on a class action lawsuit, please don't hesitate to reach out. This guy must be stopped. He should not be allowed to continue his shotty work, abuse of customers, and unethical business practices. Nashville is a big small town. Eventually, everyone will know that this guy is a scammer. I am truly sorry for the people he has harmed, but together we can stop him from harming any more people. DO NOT hire Tennessee Paving Pros. Do not let your friends or loved ones, especially vulnerable groups like disable veterans and the elderly, hire them. DO NOT recommend this place to anyone you know. If you have been scammed by Jacob, share your experience on BBB, Google, Angie's List, Pissed Customer, social media websites, news channels, newspapers, and any other platform.

Our first encounter was with Elias, who thoroughly inspected and offered his expertise on design and what to expect. He was honest and didn't rush us or give us unreliable expectations. Initially, we just wanted a wood stove inserted into the "hole" where the old fireplace was. He kindly explained that this wasn't possible without dropping out the prefab FP, along with cutting out stone for proper clearance. Fast forward, Elias found that we had an old chimney to the left side of the unit that spanned from basement to third floor and out the roof. Long story short: in order to make this happen, we had to demolish the entire unit. We chose our stove and the flooring. Next appointment was demolition! Walks in Ben! This guy was the real deal! He was professional and courteous, but what we admired most was that he was honest! This wasn't the usual slam dunk job. Our house was built in 1980. Once demolished, we found all kinds of issues that needed addressing. The builder cut up the hardwood floor to meet the old FP, so there were odd gaps, the old side chimney was in the way! At first, Ben built out too far. We weren't happy. No worries! He came back, removed the frame and backing and built tightly around the chimney column. Throughout the entire process, they made certain all work was done to code! The initial quote never changed, even though wrenches were thrown in. What seemed like a nightmare, this company turned into a dream! They exceed our expectations and then some. I would highly recommend this company, as well as their employees and subs. Absolutely stellar job! Thank you Chim-Chimney for making our dream come to life.

Before he left he said I had to pay 99.00 him for the quote before he left. He said they would deduct it from the bill if I gave them the job. If I had know that ahead of time I would have moved on. I called 2 other companies and they didn't charge a fee. They both gave me a quote for the same work for nearly half the cost. Needless to say, I hired Alligiance Chimney & they did a fantastic job. Never again will I call Chim Chimney. I felt tricked & taken advantage of.
