They had just deducted $325 for a premium and 2 days later I had a policy with another company for $100 per month less and was told I would be refunded the prorated amount. I got refunded $47.60. We now pay more for 1 vehicle than we were paying for the 5 previous vehicles. His only response was "will you added a new van" I have asked repeatedly why added a van and removing a van doubles my policy price and all I get is the same response. I'm not adding a Rolls Royce. $900 a month for 5 vehicle before now $1904.83 monthly with the change. Help me make this make sense. NOPE he's no interested. Thanks for your business, but I got bigger fish to fry. Bad business. Just horrible.

He was a long term client of Hancock Insurance as well. It was such a difficult time. I actually called John, crying, and was hardly able to get the words out that he had passed. John said not to worry about anything and he handled everything that needed to be done. I was so thankful to have to do so much minimum work especially at such a rough time.
