I also sent them paperwork five (maybe six) times regarding, first my POA for my parents, and then as the executor of my parents' estate. Not once did they call me or mail me regarding the situation. They just ignored it, and yes, I confirmed through multiple long and difficult phone calls that I had the address correct. They also acted like they didn't know me, and had made no records of multiple (many multiple) calls from me regarding my parents insurance. It was utterly ridiculous. I had to upload my personal information, copies of my id, social security, etc. to deal with my parents insurance, not their financial accounts..... just insurance I needed to pay for them and now trying to cancel (since there is no more car or home). And still don't have this resolved.
