He told me I would have 4 men working the project to enclose my breezeway into a family room. The owner was unprepared every day, making multiple trips to supply stores each day. He left 3 men here but I did not know he was charging me for their lunch breaks and hours not worked. The 3 men did a great job on the room but they spoke no English and it was hard trying to ask questions, hard to communicate. The owner charged me for 80 hours for himself when he only worked 20 hours. He was only here a few hours per day but never doing work. Is that legal? I kept track of every hour they worked and the owner took advantage and does not realize the rules of working. He did not care about project at all. Just about charging me for hours not worked and making money off me. Please be aware when hiring a contractor to get everything in writing. I would not recommend using him. I found him thru reviews that is why I am writing a true review.
