I can't stress enough how much I appreciate Dr. Wehrli's expertise. He has answered my many, many questions, taken time to listen to any concerns and has provided me with excellent care. He really explains things too! I got all the pros and cons of surgery and I never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision about the different care options. I waited until last month to have the surgery but he first looked at my foot a couple of years ago and I wore orthotics that relived my pain until my bunion just got to a point that it needed to be removed. I had surgery mid-morning and Dr. Wehrli called me that night personally to see how I was feeling and to see if I had any questions at all. Great customer service! There have been staff changes in their office in the last 12 months and I think the team that they have now is outstanding. They helped me figure out my insurance have been great about answering questions and refilling my prescriptions as needed. The office is busy but I have never felt rushed by the staff or Dr. Wehrli. The surgery center at Eisenhower was outstanding too! The nursing staff was helpful, funny and very caring! They made sure that I was recovered enough to be released and they called me the next day to follow up - asking if I had and questions. I completely trust Dr. Wehrli and if my kids, a family member of anyone I care about needed foot care I wouldn't hesitate to suggest they make an appointment with Dr. Wehrli.

On November 10 , 2025, I had an appointment with Dr. Ben Wehrli. I had seen him several times…read morebefore then. When I had last seen him, he said if I had future needs for my feet, to come see him. When I arrived at the office and said I had an appointment with him, the desk person said, in an abrupt manner, "he's not in!" When explaining that I had an appointment with him she became very nasty and actually abusive: " I told you he was not in!" I had made my appointment specifically with Dr, Wehrli quite a bit earlier than November 10. I was assigned to a younger less experienced doctor. He seems very nice but certainly not as experienced as Dr Wehrli. X-rays were done of my foot. I never received a report from a radiologist. I never received any copy of the X-rays. I never received a podiatrist evaluation of the X-rays. I never received a diagnosis of my foot condition, I never received a recommendation for treatment of my condition. Nothing in writing post exam. On my way out, he merely said something like, "seems good." I have tried many, many times to reach someone who could help me. I almost never got past the front desk. I left message after message at the front desk for both Rosie the office manager and the young doctor who treated me. I spoke with Rosie briefly twice. Each time she said she would send me my documents and have the young doctor contact me. I never received any documents. He finally called me called and left a message six days ago. He did not leave a direct number. Just the front desk number again. I called him back but he has not called me. The attitude in this office is one of total uncooperativeness, rude and insulting behaviour, and nothing like what I expect from a physician abiding by the Hippocratic Oath of professionalism. I always found Dr Wehrli to be competent and with a nice bedside manner. My happiness with this office ends there. His running of the office is shocking to me. I now find that probably the only way I will be able to obtain my documents is to file a complaint under the federal HIPAA Act, which will take time and effort just to obtain my medical records currently in their possession which they refuse to provide to me. Why the culture of this office has declined so much is unknown to me. I will move on to find another podiatrist and start all over with my foot problems. They will need my past podiatry records.

He recommended a different type of orthotic (OTC) versus the $500 custom and uncomfortable orthotic made by previous doctor. My journey with Dr. Bobby and his staff started on 12/12/25. The VA Hospital had zero openings to…read moresee me for 6 months, so the VA offered for me to go into the community to be treated. The VA is contracted with Dr. Bobby to treat veterans through the Community Care Network(CCN). My neighbor Jessay had told me about Palm Springs Podiatry and how well they treated him, so I decided to call for an appointment. I met with Dr. Bobby to discuss this injury. I had 4 years of plantar fascia pain(pf)with no relief; even with the Topaz Coblation Procedure that had been performed at the VA Hospital. Dr. Bobby did the "open plantar fascia" surgery on my foot to alleviate the tension in my PF. 4 months post-surgery and my PF feels better and continues to heal. From start to finish, my experience with PSP was seamless. I want to thank Dr. Bobby and all of the ladies and gents that worked with me on this journey. I decided to check out Dr. Bobby Pourziaee despite reading some bad reviews on yelp. I'm so glad I chose to seek care with Dr. Bobby Pourziaee. On my first visit I was greeted and treated with kindness by the front office staff. The office is very nice and clean. Love how every room has air humidifiers. You can really feel how clean the air is when you are breathing. When I was taken to the back office to be roomed, the medical assistant was very polite and welcoming. When Dr. Bobby Pourziaee came to see me, he listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions and provided me with different options for my care. When I went to schedule my next appointment with Maggie G(office manager), she was also very kind. All the staff have been very nice and professional. After not much improvement with cortisone shots I was offered surgery for my left foot. Dr. Pourziaee explained the surgery to me and any questions I had, he answered professionally. I'm so glad I proceeded with foot surgery. I had my surgery on 11/14/25. When I was in the recovery room after my surgery, Dr. Pourziaee came to check up on me and that just showed me what a great doctor he is. He really cares for his patients. Throughout my after surgery follow up visit's with provider Becky and her nurses Aleydis & Angye, they all provided excellent care. They all took great care of me. I have referred patients with: Diabetes Plantar fasciitis Bunions Hammer toes Lower leg pain Not long ago my daughter called to let me know her big toe was really hurting. She sent me a picture which appeared to be an ingrown toenail. I forwarded it to Dr. Phillips. He agreed. I explained we would be leaving the next day and asked for his recommendation. He said "We need to take care of that tonite". By 8pm we were at his office. By 9 he had painlessly removed both ingrown toenails while we watched. The next morning we left with complete confidence that she would be fine. There is only one small challenge when I refer a patient to Dr. Phillips, they return bragging about him in my office. I'm about 8 weeks post op and already back on my feet and in physical therapy. The billing was a little confusing and is behind but overall and great experience.
