Located in the Probst building on the Eisenhower hospital campus on the second floor, this very busy office has many young office assistants. The waiting room was packed on a Friday afternoon and the credit card machine wasn't working so it was cash or check please. The energy in the waiting room was not happy, it was depressingly, sadly under furnished. Lots of people in wheel chairs, walkers and canes. I had time to kill so I checked out the yelp reviews. I really need to work on doing that prior to a check in. Oh no, the reviews were pretty bad. I was encouraged that everyone that worked here went out of their way to say hello in a cheerful manner, almost to the point that it was comical. I kinda of felt like a celebrity. It took almost an hour to be seen, but I did arrive 10 minutes early. My Dr. had disappeared from the practice I had been going to and no one was talking, so I had been sent here which is a drive compared to the under 2 mile trip I used to make. So going in, I was expecting the worst. It was just a follow up. A second opinion I told myself. Now for the cool part, they rolled in a portable imagine scan machine that rotated around my ankle. I just sat there with my leg dangling off a most comfortable chair while they used a Fluoroscopy "something" arm low radiation x-ray. I want one. You can see your X-rays in real time. How cool is that? The girl that videoed it with an iPad was very friendly so I got the scoop on the place. They tape it so they could roll the machine into another exam room. When the Dr. arrives he looks at the video on the iPad. I didn't see Dr. Wehrli but the guy I saw was very cheerful, chatty, and matter of fact. I didn't feel rushed, he didn't try to sell me anything and gave me good advice. I haven't been back, but I am also waiting for their rumored La Quinta location to open. My appointment was in the end of July and I only now just received my bill. I tried to pay my copay at the time of service, actually waved a fresh bill, and they said no, they would bill me. I'll be calling to make another appointment and to find out if they opened another office yet.

"Bunionectomy" was amazing. No more pain. Shoes fit. My foot looks good. I'd give this 10 stars.

The VA is contracted with Dr. Bobby to treat veterans through the Community Care Network(CCN). My neighbor Jessay had told me about Palm Springs Podiatry and how well they treated him, so I decided to call for an appointment. I met with Dr. Bobby to discuss this injury. I had 4 years of plantar fascia pain(pf)with no relief; even with the Topaz Coblation Procedure that had been performed at the VA Hospital. Dr. Bobby did the "open plantar fascia" surgery on my foot to alleviate the tension in my PF. 4 months post-surgery and my PF feels better and continues to heal. From start to finish, my experience with PSP was seamless. I want to thank Dr. Bobby and all of the ladies and gents that worked with me on this journey. Maggie, thank you for contacting the VA and working with them to get this all approved. I know it ain't easy! Oh, and thanks for the lemon candies too! To all of the MA's: Aleydis, Angie aka "Slim", Edith, and Ivy and Fernando; Great teamwork, sense of humor and effort from these ladies and gents. You are what we would affectionately call, "The Bomb.Com." To Nurse Becky...you handle business and are so thorough. Thank you for helping me along this journey. Shout out to the ladies at the front desk keeping me informed of my appointments! I have some short-term memory issues, so I appreciate the updates. I'll be seeing Dr. Bobby again!

I decided to check out Dr. Bobby Pourziaee despite reading some bad reviews on yelp. I'm so glad I chose to seek care with Dr. Bobby Pourziaee. On my first visit I was greeted and treated with kindness by the front office staff. The office is very nice and clean. Love how every room has air humidifiers. You can really feel how clean the air is when you are breathing. When I was taken to the back office to be roomed, the medical assistant was very polite and welcoming. When Dr. Bobby Pourziaee came to see me, he listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions and provided me with different options for my care. When I went to schedule my next appointment with Maggie G(office manager), she was also very kind. All the staff have been very nice and professional. After not much improvement with cortisone shots I was offered surgery for my left foot. Dr. Pourziaee explained the surgery to me and any questions I had, he answered professionally. I'm so glad I proceeded with foot surgery. I had my surgery on 11/14/25. When I was in the recovery room after my surgery, Dr. Pourziaee came to check up on me and that just showed me what a great doctor he is. He really cares for his patients. Throughout my after surgery follow up visit's with provider Becky and her nurses Aleydis & Angye, they all provided excellent care. They all took great care of me. Anytime I had any questions or concerns, I was able to simply pick up the phone and call Maggie and she'd have an answer for me. I have nothing but good things to say about all Palm Springs Podiatry Staff. I appreciate all their hard work. I highly recommend Dr. Pourziaee and his staff for your podiatry care. Please don't let the negative reviews get in the way of scheduling an appointment. I'm glad I decided to book my appointment. Respectfully, A Very Happy & Satisfied patient

I am used to being seen quickly and getting an appointment with a doctor in a reasonable amount of time. I understand it is different here. I have used their emergency room once and was severely misdiagnosed. It turns out I actually had to have back surgery when they kept telling me I was basically making a big deal out of "nothing "and i'm sure they thought I was seeking pain meds. Imagine my surprise when I went to a doctor in the Los Angeles area and he told me what idiots they were in the emergency room. I was scheduled for back surgery right away. As you can see, I still haven't gotten over it lol .So never go to their emergency room. That being said ,the orthopedic center is completely different. I had no problem getting an appointment after my PMD sent a request for an orthopedic to see my knee. I was seen on time and everything was very professional. Dr.Diltz was great. I felt like a fool coming in for what I thought wasn't a big deal, but it turns out it could be. He never talked down to me, never made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about like some doctors do. I have a follow up with him to review my MRI and I am looking forward to it. It's nice to have a Doctor Who listens to you and has some compassion. The only reason I dropped a star was NOT for the doctor. It was just the wait time. I had to wait about a month and a half to get an appointment with the doctor. I'm definitely not used to that, but like I said it's different here in the desert. I highly recommend Dr.Diltz. Also, their MRI staff in their orthopedic center is fabulous. So professional! saw me on time. They were great. Absolutely recommend
