I have had State Farm Insurance for I believe almost 3 years and never had an issue until I wanted…read moreto switch. I called the office to see if they could match or meet what i would be paying elsewhere but they could not so i let them know i would be switching company. When i spoke to Cheyenne she kept me on hold to ask other employees and i am assuming to check the computer to verify. She then come back to me and stated as long as I came by and signed a form that i would not be charged the $96.41. I arrived around 12:45 Friday afternoon to sign said form and it took them about 10 mins to find the form and print it out. Again i verified i would not be charged and again it was stated no since I came in before midnight Friday at which i did! Fast forward to Tuesday of the following week and i get a email from my bank that my acct is overdrawn and so i call the company to ask why they pulled the money after i signed a form. And the office manager said it wasn't signed soon enough even though her staff assured me. So then i ask for them to cover my overdraft since they took money out they were not suppose to and she said no they will not do that. I the consumer did what i was suppose to per the staff on Friday yet they still took out money. So beware, insurance part was good but the staff is misleading for sure.
