It is nice to walk in and have the people know you by name and ask how you are and really mean it. They work with just about every insurance you can imagine. They carry all the basics and even have dairy free pro-biotic pills which are hard to find in a big city let alone Shell Knob, but they have them and they are reasonably priced. Always friendly and willing to help and give advice.

Within a few seconds, she had the copies that I needed. I appreciated the help, but, even more than that, I appreciated the willingness to help that Ana displayed. Whereas some business employees either complain or show a bad attitude when asked for extra help, Ana was polite and efficient and seemed willing to go the extra mile. I definitely appreciated her, and I'm so glad to have this Ace Hardware store nearby.

I dislike having keys made that don't work, and even though they're usually remade for free, it's a hassle to drive back to the store. Well, that never happens at this Branson Ace Hardware. The keys work EVERY TIME. But, of course, there are many more reasons I shop at Ace Hardware. I love Magnolia paint that they stock. Lowe's used to carry it, but don't anymore. And they are one of the few places in the area to carry the half gallon size of Ball jars.

Out hotel valet said our battery was dead and suggested to get a new one...that's where O'Reilly Auto Parts comes in. Thank God they were open on a Sunday! #ThankYou Elijah was AWESOME!! Talk about great customer service from beginning to end. He helped with checking the old battery, selecting a new and even installed it for us. He definitely saved our trip. Thanks again Elijah. I was here visiting from California when my parents back lift gate on their van broke. We found out…read moreit was the shock on the lift gate that broke off. The van is 20 years old so the parts are hard to find. We call the Dealer of the van and the parts would be $34 dollars each plus $150-250 in labor. We decided to call around to see if we could get a better price. O'Reilly's in Branson said that they could order the parts for us & would call when the parts came in. A few days later we walked in to O'Reillys to pick up the parts and the store manager; Tyler offered to put them in for us, FREE of charge. Going to this O'Reillys saved us so much money. Our total price for both shocks were the price of 1 shock at the dealer. Plus we didn't have to pay for labor. Thanks to Tyler who went out of his way to help us out. I definitely will recommend this O'Reilly's to my friends and family.

Today in 2022 got ignored and a wait a minute by the girls too busy on their phones. I waited and walked from display to display.....never did get service. Not sure they even noticed I left.

Computer was down on one register and slow on the only one remaining, check out line became long fast, but the staff worked as quick as possible try to move the line along and keep everyone happy.
