I received a call saying a plant I purchased had actually been sold to someone else and that I needed to return it. I explained that the plant had already been installed in my yard. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, I was accused of knowingly taking a plant that wasn't mine... which makes no sense. How would any customer possibly know that? Mistakes happen, I understand that. But how a business handles those mistakes is what really matters. Being blamed for something completely out of my control, after being a loyal customer, was disappointing and frustrating. I hope they take a closer look at how they handle customer issues moving forward. This experience definitely changed my perception. I would NOT recommend .

They are fully stocked here with a lot of stuff. There's a lot of people using self check out, but I like a real cashier. Everything I go to pay there's usually only 1-2 people in line in front of me. I can go in and out pretty quick if I stop getting distracted by so many other stuff they sell there. lol

(not a refund, a store credit!!! so i would have spend the credit funds there in the store. the spanish young lady said no, since it was past the 90 day return window. i get not issuing a refund past the 90 days, but a store credit would have kept a happy paying customer. i'm taking my business to lowe's market, brookshires's in bridgeport and amazon groceries! goodbye walmart! heb can't get here soon enough!!!

We also had a couple of drawer boxes replaced as they had fallen apart over time. They also fixed an antique dresser (had to fix the drawer stop and custom cut a piece that had been lost in a move) and solved a couple of other problems. These guys met my three criteria: on time, reasonable and high quality.
