After seeding and topsoil I waited and waited but nothing sprouted. I'm sorry to say that after 50 pounds of seed spread across.7 acres of lawn not a single seed sprouted at all. I've never been so disappointed. I am not a novice grower and have seeded my lawn many many times so I definitely knew what I was doing. I have never once had a zero grow rate. So I have just decided that the grass seed was 100% not viable. The only reason I am giving a two star is the customer service good. Super nice. But they declined to offer any refund or any replacement seed at all. They stated that I seeded too early. (Mid March here in the hill country) and that I was to blame. Again I am not new at this. I have seeded many times at the same time and had good results. I really wanted to like this company. But I really recommend you spend your money somewhere else. Very poor product.
