I have now moved back to Texas and my mom explained to me what was going on and so I called. The first time I called was on 1/18 and was told by Cyrisa that she would have the general manager call me back that day. I did not receive a call, so I call back on 1/19 and talked with Sierra and she said they needed a picture of the manufacturers tag, so I immediately emailed it. On 1/19 Sierra told me that she would have the general manager call me and I never received a call back as I was promised. On 1/24 I called and talked with Sierra again and she said they had not heard anything back from the manufacturer. I was told again that she would have the general manager call me and I do not believe he will. I proceeded to tell Sierra that if I do not receive a call that I would come over and sit in their store and proceed to tell everyone that comes n how they treat elderly people. Also this was supposed to be special order and when you look at the manufacturer tag it was made approximately one year before they purchased it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.
