She put a scooter together and let me try it out while she called my insurance to confirm that it would be a covered item and that they were in network. Next she called my physician to get the required office notes faxed to go with their claim for payment. Since I've met my OOP for the year there was no cost to me. She showed me how to make any necessary adjustments regarding height of handle bars, knee pad height and how to lay the handle bar down for storage and remove basket if needed. We were there less than an hour. Trina even took the scooter to the car and loaded it for us. This is an EXCELLENT facility with EXCELLENT staff. They also have a delivery service if you don't want to wait on your insurance or doctor to get them the necessary information to process your claim. Thanks so much! You guys are the best!
